I think they could make it work if they made the camera less bouncy and not spin everytime sonic jumps, for example in 4:17 I think it looks really good
the logic of SEGA would say that when sonic is jumping he see normally except everything is blue "comfirmed in sonic boom and in a cutseen of sonic forces"
The reason that's happening is because on the results screen, the camera tries to always look at Sonic. But since the camera is inside of Sonic, it spazzes out.

I play things like tetris and twitch fire boomer shooters enough that my reaction time is that good. If you fixed the camera to always be upright I could totally play this in VR and would have a blast getting to BE sonic 😁

I think they should make him blink when he's spinning in the homing attack or for tricks. This is pretty nuts haha. It looks really good when he isn't spinning though
