1. Super hydrating hair mask ((protects hair temporarily until the next time you wash hair))-olaplex 3-
2. Olaplex8- in shower mask
3.trim or dusting
4. Then after wash out masks -use a leave in treatment (unite hair restorative cream)
5. Lay off heat (if absolutely have to use good quality blow dryer)
6.apply good quality argan oil (best way is fresh out of the shower rub into hands and start through mid shaft thru to the ends)

Been using olaplex 3 for a month now (used it once a week), followed by sulfate-free shampoo, conditioning mask, leave in cream and oil. The olaplex works wonders on my extremely dry frizzy coloured+bleached hair

@@michhenley It’s like a super Olaplex. Much much easier to use as well. Just wash your hair no conditioner and spread two pumps through the hair, wait 4 minutes and then get on with you life. You use it up to six times in a row and then just once a week or less depending on your needs. I never liked Olaplex but I love this stuff. Olaplex got far too complicated with all the products you had to use.
Lucky me I live in Morocco since 2009. I always used argan oil, always bought from the source from the farmers in Essaouira area, and YES it's a golden oil, my favorite for hair and skin. My number one beauty tip. Thanks to mention that xoxo

Ive used oliplex religiously in the past and my highlighted thin hair never got to point i was hapoy with.... untill finally, I switched to the hydreting masks and my hair got softer and has a movement!

If I remember correctly, a year or so ago you weren’t a fan of #3 because at home folks weren’t using it appropriately and ruining their hair? So much information has changed, which is why I wanted to share the newest ways to use the whole collection.
I've used olaplex shampoo, conditioner and the mask before you shampoo. I love the shampoo and conditioner but even better I love the morocan oil mask for thick hair.
The problem I have been having with my hair is I have hypothyroidism and adrenal fatigue. Both of which play into each other and it has done horrible damage to my hair. I'm trying to find a way to improve the health of my hair or at least avoid doing anything that will make the damage worse.
I’ll definitely try your recommendations. One question- Would I use both Restorative cream and hair oil at same time?

I would love an Olaplex video. I do not use the products but I have been considering it. I thought it was for only/mainly blondes but I do have color treated, fine, thinner hair, and is prone to oiliness. I am a natural ginger but due to "silver highlights" growing in I am now coloring it professionally. Would the olaplex line be ok for my hair?
Have you ever used Lanza Neem Plant Silk Serum? Is it comparable to argon oil?
So, you recommend using the Unite Restorative Cream as a leave-in cream? Their website says to use it between shampoo and conditioner. Does it have different effects for each way of use? Last, one day, when you get around to it...you know with all that extra time on your hands with the new baby ;) I'd love to see a distinct videos on Shampoos and another on Conditioners/Masks. There's a lot out there in terms of bond-builders, moisturizing, color-treated hair, dandruff, etc. I'd appreciate your take on what shampoos and conditioners are good for what purpose and what type of hair. I don't know how I came across this video today but I will say how much I needed to see this I'm 53 never ever had nice or beautiful hair except about four years ago looking through some pictures and was like how the hell did I get my hair that long and healthy well needles to say it is not good right now I have no idea what happened I had my grandson tell me it feels like straw and he is definitely right well my point of this video is I was seriously thinking about cutting it all off just at the end of my rope don't feel like myself ANYMORE I'm so unhappy but I'm going to try everything you mentioned saved video so if I have any results I will let you know thank you 😥

I know I haven't heard of dusting either but I don't go to the salon anymore seems no one understands a slight trim just trying to grow my hair out makes me so mad someone always gets scissor happy and chops it all off I know what their thinking cause my hair is damaged all the way to the root so they want to just get rid of all the damage I'm afraid they will just dust all of it under the rug errrrr 😏
QUESTION: Can you review WEN for dry color-treated fine hair? Can we use it mids to ends only? Nothing helps so far.
I have extremely dry and crappy hair. I last dyed it about 9 years ago and I’ve used heat on it maybe 10 times in the last 4 years. I did go through a pregnancy and then my hair changed. Because it is so bad I’ve decided I’m going to start using heat on it as much as I like and if anyone says to me “your hair is really damaged and dry you should not use so much heat on it” I’ll say that did nothing for me so I’ve got nothing to lose by using heat on it

Still please do t use too much heat as it only adds to the damage later in life. Talking with experience 😢

The product details for the Unite Restorative Treatment indicate that it must be rinsed out thoroughly. Can it actually be left in? As per info in link…. “Leave in for 5 to 15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.”

Dusting is a good idea but it doesn’t prevent broken hair look in the long run as it gets frizzy again and again… I tried and it’s an ongoing problem. A good trim that’s it! Speaking from someone who lets hair dry naturally, do not have hair dye and healthy…

After damaging my hair to the point it was literally DISOLVING & felt like gum (when wet) in 2018, I swore off bleaching/coloring & the straightener! & I decided to grow my hair out & donate it. I let it grow & then cut off about 6 inches of the bleached hair at a time (my hair was down to my butt) I just cut the last bit off last year. But all of my new growth is extremely frizzy. & I have a lot of short "flyaways" even though I have done the dusting thing several times to try to get those short pieces to grow out. I dint understand what is damaging it. Bit I'm going to try to do more treatments becaise I don't want to donate unhealthy hair!

So my hair was Fried by a professional at a salon and it's yellow and some gold in my route and I wanted silver hair with a charcoal root smudge but that's not what I got and the ends of my hair are really really fried and I'm scared to even put a toner on what do you suggest that I do thanks

I love Olaplex! I don't understand though: in the past, you have been less than enthusiastic about Olaplex due to its 'buildup.' I thought you said it was coating the hair and hard for hairdressers to break through, especially when bleaching?
Use deep cleaning shampoo and hair vinegar.
I was so excited to try Olaplex paid $28 for a small bottle and it made my hair feel even dryer. Returned it and got the purple bottle of Pureology which I love, works great and you don't need very much.
You need to use olaplex 3 correctly. It’s a bond builder; it works internally. You should use a moisturizing hair mask after. If you have product buildup you should use a clarifying shampoo prior to olaplex.

Biosilk used to be filled with alcohol, so actually making your hair worse in the long term and making your hair addicted to it, rather than actually healing the hair from the inside out. It's been a while since I've check out their products, I would hope they have improved.
