Cambodia better wake the fuck up and put a stop to this behavior immediately, or people will stop coming and those people will be left in the dust finically when it comes to people wanting to retire there.
Cambodia used to be way way worse. And it doesn't matter because enough young people are into it becoming more turned onto it. Many folks like it because it's a bit like the wild West, relatively speaking.
Thailand and Cambodia are not comparable. Ex. Thailand is 10 whereas Cambodia is 5. Cambodia. Laos, and Vietnam still don’t have stable governance. The war left deep wounds to those 3 countries.
