Dodge Durango RT “Please see dealer for UCONNECT service box” problem solved!

  • I had a message pop up on my Uconnect in my dodge Durango RT that said, please see dealer to service UConnect box. It was covered under warranty, so the problem was free of charge. They said that the issue was that one of the connections going to the physical UConnect box inside the glovebox area was loose. Most likely caused by another dealer. It did not affect the actual infotainment system, which was nice. Not a major problem, a very easy solution.

    2022 jeep compass already took it 3 times.. still same message

    I have the same problem with my 2021 GT Durango for a year now, Dealership couldn't fix it, took it to them at least 4 times for the that problem, still have today, would appreciate anu suggestion, thanks in advance

      Problem went away after a while. The dealership said it was caused due to wiring that was not connected properly… clearly they didn’t connect it properly because it happened again. For the last couple months, it has went away

      Dealer told me from looking up TSB’s that it’s a software problem. Over the air update is coming in the next few months to fix this
