I'm quite literally at this point in my life, I'm 37, I'm overweight, I have terrible back pain where some days I can barely walk, i have no energy, no motivation... I'm honestly one bad day away from checking out...I really feel like I can't go on anymore. It's nice to see that people can better themselves and overcome their problems.
What you were telling yourself is the same thing I thought years ago. I am glad for you and myself that we are no longer living in that world. I am so proud of you and what you've accomplished!! I was a poor student in school because I lacked the confidence. I went to college when I turned 40 and became a Registered Nurse. I pray you continue to go forward and become everything that the Lord has for you in this life.
I was also very close to ending my life after about 20 years of depression. Thanks to good friends I found and the right medication my whole life has been turned around and I've been so happy for the last 3 years. I'm so glad I didn't end it.

As someone who was bullied when I was younger the one thing I've learned is bullies are the ones with the real issues and that's why you should never take what they say to heart ....
I think this has been my favourite; it hit very hard, and turned on the water works. Really resonated with the the fact that Bryan had such a self-defeating lack of confidence in himself. I've been doubtful of the idea that 'you can do anything', but watching Bryan's journey several times over, today a voice my head said, "maybe it's possible ". It's funny where inspiration comes from
Every challenge in life can be overcome though belief in yourself and the power of faith in things greater than yourself. Remember whatever the challenge we face, we don’t have to face them alone. Love yourself, love others, be the person you envision yourself to be. Your very existence is a miracle! I’m just sayin..
I wish someone would tell these people that getting skinny and fit is not going to make them happy. I am massively depressed and suicidal and medicated and have been told I look like a Greek God. depressed is depressed. that being said, it is admirable and wonderful to see these people lose all that weight! being a healthy weight is so important, not too fit. that is an incredible achievement and an investment in oneself that will pay dividends for the rest of your life! 🍻🥳

I had a breakdown at work in June of 2021. I found DDPY shortly after. 2 years later and have lost 130 pounds. Without DDPY I wouldn’t be here.
