    I wanted to clean up my workshop.
    The more parts I manage, the more drawers I need.
    I didn't want to buy plastic ready-made products, so I made a part drawer using 6T acrylic and 4T acrylic.
    It's 270 spaces in total.
    It started with passion, but if you get over 100, it's a blockbuster.
    I cut a lot of plywood and acrylic, sanded and assembled almost all week. I thought I should have bought the finished product while making it.
    The assembly of the part drawer was done by digging a groove with a router and inserting it. It is easy to assemble and has the advantage of being able to meet specifications consistently.
    The front of the part drawer was made of 6T acrylic, and a semi-circular hole was drilled at the top to act as a handle.
    It will be easier to manage parts because the inside is clearly visible.
    They created a cross-shaped partition wall to divide the parts drawers and made a router groove in the center. Because of the frame of the bookcase, we used 6T plywood on the outside and 12T birch plywood on the inside.
    I hope you enjoy it. Thank you.

      China, Korea is a country that strives together to reach a country with a system, which is said to be an advanced country. It is an established theory in the academic world that efforts to reach that path inevitably lead to a period of mass production of products that are difficult to satisfy consumer needs. By going through such a process, you will have a competitive edge and create better quality products. In your writing, in the two words much much, the process just mentioned passes by. Let's try together. We can move towards a better future. your friend. Korea.

    Simply the BEST small storage solution that I have ever seen and I have been around for a long time. Nothing comes close to the quality workmanship and attention to detail with this build. I hope everyone appreciates the total scale of this build and the amount of effort, material, cutting and assembly that you needed to make this the success that it truly is. It is simply staggering. This is would have been a great build with 20 drawers, let alone 270! Keep up the great work. We are blessed to have you and this channel on TH-cam.

    While this is meticulously and beautifully made, I daresay that not one in 10,000 handicrafters would be able to build this complex storage cabinet. For starters, almost no one has all of the nice specialized tools used here. Also, the extreme commitment and patience required are very rare commodities.

    • @Kynosys_
      @Kynosys_  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      That's an accurate analysis. Actually, when I was making this work, I thought a lot about whether I should just buy a ready-made product. But I wanted to make my own parts drawer. The work process was very difficult. It seems like it took almost a week. But the satisfaction is great. I'd like to think it's a legal drug allowed for DIY people. thank you!

    • @dalepres1
      @dalepres1 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      I think the question is time and money. This is for people who only use their tools to do things to store and show their tools. If I hit the lottery, this is me 1000%. When I really need a tool I would hire someone but then, because I am also a DIYer, I would still have every tool known to handyman and have to build my own systems to store the tools even if building the system was the only thing I ever used my tools for.

      @@ZrubekFamily Then let me say it another way: Of those handicrafters who have a table saw and router, still not more than one in 10,000 would be able for a variety of reasons to take on and complete this large and complex project. It is not a simple project.

    • @crossgrainwoodproductsltd9230
      @crossgrainwoodproductsltd9230 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      You are absolutely correct. Even if you had detailed diagrams part cut list, etc. If that Diyer was even able to afford everything, there is still an incredible amount of work to be done. Just one drawer out of square would throw the whole project out of wack. Just knowing how to flame the edges of lexan, acrylic or whatever it is, is not an easy task. And realistically, who the hell has an acrylic chamfering machine in their shop??

    3D Modeling Blueprint : th-cam.com/video/YC3XhXQrlFk/w-d-xo.html
    I wanted to clean up my workroom.
    As the number of parts that I managed increase, parts drawers and drawers are continuously required.
    I didn't want to just buy a plastic product, so I made a parts drawer myself using 6T plywood and 4T acrylic. The number is 270.
    It started off with excitement, but as soon as the number of productions exceeds 100, it's a great work.
    There's a lot of plywood and acrylic cutting, and it took almost a whole week to sand it and assemble it. In the middle of the production, I thought a lot about buying the finished product.
    However, to make it into a portable cabinet and fill it up with a third-tier bookcase called the Secret Door, customization was needed. When I look at the tight-fitted drawers at the end, I forget the difficulty of making them.
    And I'm going to think about the next piece. It's a continuation of this situation.
    The assembly of the parts drawer was made by digging a groove with a router and inserting it. It's easy to assemble and has the advantage of being able to meet the specifications consistently.
    A 6T acrylic was used on the front of the part drawer, and a semi-circular hole was drilled on the top to serve as a handle. It's a form where we can see the inside well, so it'll be easier to manage parts. To divide the parts drawers, I made a cross-shaped partition wall, and I made a groove in the center with a router. Because of the frame of the bookcase, 6T plywood was used on the outside and 12T birch plywood was used on the inside.
    I hope you enjoy it. Thank you.

      This is a pneumatic press I made with an air cylinder. Production video will be uploaded soon. It's a simple structure, so you can refer to the video and make it yourself. thank you!

      For DIY inspiration, I collect a lot of parts. I got to the point where I was confused about whether the idea or the parts came first. In some cases, there are times when I look at a part and come up with a work idea that fits it. I am also an inventor with over 10 patents. Looking at parts, machines and tools, I enjoy improving them. thank you!

      It is a product called Bosch's GCM12GDL. It has a robotic arm, which is pretty cool to look at. It is a miter saw in a different form from the existing rail method. thank you!

      You are correct.
      Actually, I tried to paint it, but I gave up because the amount of small drawers was too much.
      Instead, the bottoms of the drawers are all paraffined.

    Нда уж... Фанеры не пожалел...

    • @Kynosys_
      @Kynosys_  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      ты прав. Фанера хорошо сделала свое дело и оставила на осень.
      В такой момент, когда умирает жизнь, умирает литература и даже правда любви отбрасывает тень ненависти, мы должны проститься. Вам предстоит смотреть в глаза старухе-писательнице, слушая звон звезд, падающих в стакан с водкой.
      you are right. The plywood did its job well and left for the fall.
      For such a moment, when life dies, literature dies, and even the truth of love casts off the shadow of hatred, we must say goodbye. You have to look into the eyes of an old woman writer while listening to the sound of stars falling into a glass of vodka.
