The two hour transfer is a life saver.
Especially going to Eaton center to shop.
Fr! Especially now with the one-fare system its great, can pay for the go (I take it from clarkson) then you get two hours of the ttc after!

Can 2 adults share the ame presto card? Like me and wife travelling together can use one card to pay for the fare
Unfortunately no. Because it has a 2 hour transfer it will only take the fare one time. Each person needs their own card. However, rumour is that possibly this summer you will be able to use a credit card to pay. Once it has been updated I will do another video.

No. You need to buy a ferry ticket. You can buy it online or at the terminal.

So you need to tap in and out for any transport? Train, tram and bus? On the other hand, can you just use visa / credit card without needing Presto Card? thanks
You only tap on and off if using the airport train. On regular transit you tap on only. And you can get on and off as much as you want in 2 hours for 1 price. You can also use a Visa card. Use the same card to get the 2 hour transfer.
Is it possible to use same presto card in different regions of Toronto like Durham, Oakville, Hamilton etc.
Yes. Your Presto card can be used in multiple regions. I use mine in Ottawa when I visit my daughter.

Did not answer my online card purchase and activation.
According to Presto, I think you need to visit the Presto site to activate your card. I'm sorry, but I have never had to do this step, so I can't share more information. It is best to register your card with Presto, so if you lose the card you can transfer the remaining balance to a new card.
About to visit Toronto and plan to have my Presto card only in Google Wallet. Don't need a physical card if I'm just visiting for a week. Would just having a digital card still give you the Presto Perks at attractions?
You should still be able to get the perks since you have a card.

Can you pay with cash to reload?
Thank You. Is it possible to pay via phone using NFC? example I don't use my physical Bank Card. Just using Google Pay, which is connected to my Debit or Credit cards.
At this point you still need a physical Presto Card to get on transit. They are working on being able to use your phone. You can use your phone at machines to load your card though.
We're planning on a trip to Toronto this September and you say that you can use a Presto pass on both UP and TTC without additional fees?
At this time the UP is not included in One Fare. You have to pay for the UP and pay for the TTC when you arrive in Toronto.

Yes. You can pay with the same Presto card. But each person on the trip needs one. If you are travelling with children under 12 they are free on the TTC.
@@VisitTorontoVideos oh I'm well aware of that! Thanks for letting me know! If I can talk my mom and my brother into doing all that, I might get them all Presto cards with certain amounts of money on it to fulfill the whole week we're there.
I can travel unlimted with monthy pass from brampton to toronto
I don’t think so. Toronto is TTC and Brampton has their own transit. Don’t know if the Go Train offers passes, I’m not a commuter. Check the GO train site.
Can I buy one at Pearson International ?
Yes. At the UP station.
Can a visitor use this card?
Definitely!!!
Yes. A Presto card costs 6$, though.
So expensive the trains in T.O.
Do they still sell tokens?
No more tokens. But you can now use a Prestocard, debit card, credit card or pay with cash at the machine on board.
How add in phone wallet
Not yet unfortunately.
Can you pay with cash to reload?
You can reload at Shoppers Drug Mart using cash. I think the machines take cash. Otherwise it’s debit or credit.
