The Calf of Man - Isle of Man - Tourist Attraction

The Isle of Man is a fascinating gem in the middle of the Irish Sea and aside from the World famous TT races, there are some superb national heritage sites that are well worth a visit! The Calf of Man is one of those unique sites, located about half a mile from the southern tip of the island and approximately 600 acres in size.
Featuring around 33 different species of seabird, including Manx Shearwater, Kittiwake and Razorbill, the Calf of Man is a birdwatcher's paradise and there are also stunning lighthouses to see.
There are regular boat trips to the Calf from nearby Port Erin and Port St Mary and you can also stay overnight in the Manx National Heritage hostel accommodation.
