On my uhf I used the magnetic mount works a treat enjoy
I do have that. Not sure where to put it yet!
Bloody idea's man, luv it. The kiss principle only way to go.😃😛👍
Haha cheers mate!
Another great video really enjoying the build, great job guys.
Glad you enjoyed it Thank you!
your just so "Handy Henry" 😜😂you save yourselves so much money by fixing & installing things. I wish my hubby could do just one thing! he's fantastic at pulling things apart thats for sure. 😂
Thank you! Haha
Love the behind the scenes footage of how the rig was put together 👌
Lue was proud of himself on the digger and just as proud with the side cutters 😅 Lucky you stopped the cheeky boy Sarah
I found the same issue with my UHF hand piece bot knowing where to put it. I ended up putting it on the passenger side as there's no other place I could find
Bit of modelling at the end Henry 😁 Men Afloat might like new guys to join!! Haha 🤣 🤣
Thank you!
Haha yes we always have to keep our eyes on him, the little rascal!
Hahahaha
Very handy, love your work.
Thank you!
just heads up mate found that 3m tape supplied kept coming off in the heat had to mount mine flat on the console of a 80 series cruiser
Cheers mate! Thank you!
Another great vid! Where did u get the door handle covers from - do they do other vehicles?
Thank you!
We got them on eBay. Snap on black door handle covers.
Great video 💯 just at the end where is the 12v cable running for the fridge 🤔
Cheers mate! We have it running down the left side up to the battery. Have it in some conduit to protect it. It lays in the gap on the compressor side.
Where did you get the chrome delete from? Do they do other brand cars?
Just from eBay. Not too sure sorry. I'm sure they would.
Disappointed to see our sticker has gone off the fridge 😕
Definitely not gone mate! It just got moved to the other side as we kept adding to fit them in.
Mate my long range tank that i put in my 200 series was one of the best investments.
Ok i had to put the spare on a carrier - extra $$$ - but the cost kore than outweighs the embuggerance of jerry cans / stressing about your range.
How does the new ute compare comfort wise to the 200?
Couldn't agree more. Makes a big difference, but yes does cost a few dollars.
It's got some more power to it and tows amazing. Space is great! Still early days, not going to tell people they should get one haha We do miss the 200 though.
Did you put a 25 deg bend in the float level arm?
Now that is a very good idea
Good idea!
@LivingOffTheVan If the guage stays on 'full' too long (200klm or about 2hrs driving) ECM thinks it is a faulty guage & will trip to 0 for about 50klm then reset again. The arm 'adjustment ' helps to mitigate.
