Hi, black stuff is just 138c solder paste. The black color is due to the paste being old and sitting out on dirty metal square.

My 7 is totally dead. Charge voltage 0.46a. Battery connectrs voltage 0.02v withou battery. Looks like tristar ok. Cpu?
