This is just an expensive program that does basically the same thing as iTunes. Save your money and get the phone repaired at a qualified repair shop. If you’ve gotten this error after putting your iPhone into recovery mode and trying to restore/update from iTunes multiple times, it’s likely there’s a short on the logic board or a component that needs reballing/resoldering.

Dumbasses this is a real software fixer but they charge you when you’re about to fix it which is just how they make money of it. Annoying but it’s legit. If you’re so worried about it just ask a professional.

This shit wont do anything...4013 is a Nand flash or wifi chip issue and requires opening up the phone...reported for scamming

I have a simpler solution. Check if the itune is updates to the latest version. Then open your iphone and remove the proximity sensor cable (the cable that connects your ear speaker), plug back the iphone to your computer with itunes. It should update now

@@hez1711 I found a different video with some guy explaining this exact fix, almost every single person in the comments said it worked for them. It seems better than buying a new phone and losing all your data. I'm gonna try it for myself and see if it works, cause my phone's already broken atp and I have nothing to lose

Hello brother what does this mean. That my phone is completely fucked? Why so how did this happen? I was just walking with my phone in the hand after a shower when it started restarting itself and i thought i just turned it off by accident but then it just kept restarting and now i got no idea what to do so i follwed the steps on apple site and tried uppdating it with itunes and also resetting it with itunes but it just stops at last second and says the 4013 error thing. Is there anything i can do or is it gone for good?
@@kapten3935 this is a slightly old comment... I'd recommend perhaps trying a genuine known good screen and front camera combo, if that doesn't fix the issue then yes the motherboard is damaged and cannot be repaired without very precise soldering.

@@kapten3935 if you can try and get the screen and front camera replaced as a whole unit.. This worked wonders for an iPhone 5 I had with the same Error

I changed the battery for an Iphone 8 and worked after, also removed the screen, I thought one of the parts might be damaged, but it was the battery.

@@wondersharedrfoneofficial you have an ad disguised as a helping video. No good way to wrap that. Apple system is locked up. No 3rd party software can do anything more than iTunes does itself. Same thing just moved the menus around. Wasted my time.
I got it to work !!! Main I looked up soooo many videos and tried the hard reset (pressing volume up then down then the power button ) , I plugged it into iTunes, it went into recovery mode i tried to update it, it didn’t work so I tried to restore it which means I would lose all my pics and info that weren’t backed up. After 50 tries and getting error code 4013 everytime I was willing to compromise on anything !! And wala... I was doing the right step all along but error 4013 often means faulty usb or the laptop that you’re using is not updated . So I hunted down an unbroken “original” apple usb , ensured the windows on the laptop was updated (I don’t own a MacBook so I used windows) . I plugged it in .. did the same steps ... “update” it but when that failed I then attempted to “restore and update”.. at first try it still didn’t work so I was instructed to use another USB port on the same laptop and bam.. just like that it came back on . So it took like 2-3 attempts but it worked . So remember you NEED an original apple charger and an updated laptop with iTunes . Please let me know if it worked !

@@Peaced900 yes I just restored. I got exhausted and forgot to try just the update. It happened again and I tried the update it but I didn’t work so I restored again but of course this time I had backed up already.
