So I got super lucky and found a player selling the explosive box mod, so I was deciding which weapon to put it on. You've just sold me on the gatling plasma. Havent used it in awhile, but I have the bloodied, explosive, and weightless mods, so Imma make a nice one now.
That thing is an unmatched beast in VATS since GD patch. I go AA/E/25 for some bosses, V/E/25 for the rest. That's the best DPS weapon currently available.
Exception to that whole explosive weapon thing is the cremator the cremator does benefit from the heavy ground part cards, even though it is a launcher weapon that launches an explosive effect. The cremator hits with direct fire damage. It hits with an explosive effect that is improved and increased by both grenadier and demo expert. I mean, the AOE is bigger with grenadier and the amount of damage you do is higher with demo expert not a lot. It’s not a big explosion, but and here’s the butt. I’m pretty sure that the bleed effect I’m size of burn affect is spread other targets by that explosion so you want grenadier to make it bigger whether use demo expert or not is up to you but you do want granite deer for sure. And as mentioned, you do definitely want to have a gun per cart for the cremator just not for the AGL bat for the Visa launchers all over the store health health store whatever that one my shoes have a gun cards too. I’m not positive but who’s use that right if they can’t have a targeting computer so relatively useless cause you’re not gonna use that to fire a rocket anybody that uses rental launcher knows that you’re far better off with a regular missile launcher two shot with a targeting computer so that you can lock on and just hold the trigger four barrel targeting computer lock on hold down till the space is dead or whatever you’re shooting at is thatthen you don’t have to use math and also you can’t be prevented by lack of van ride van range isn’t this great as that targeting computer
@@dirtiusdanius3208 Ah yeah, just show the weapon being used and don’t show anything to do with how the weapon is doing the damage that it’s doing or explain what modifications work best … makes sense 😅 I’ve a ton of videos exactly like this and one of the things that people have always appreciated is that I take the time to go into detail with how the build works and how to replicate what they’re seeing. Which is why I provide timestamps, so that if you by some chance just skip all of the necessary information and just look at the weapon being used and think to yourself … “why is he able to do this.. or why is it doing that kind of damage”.. well.. you can click the part of the video you need to go to find that info 👍🏻

To be honest I've definitely had a tough time trying to get the legendary mods that I want but I've been able to get mods I don't really need.. which is always the way for me But I do feel your pain but keep trying and I hope you manage to get something soon!

Cool video! I have an anti armor one ive been saving for over a week to add the explosive effect i cant seem to scrap. Gonna keep grinding, and scrapping... I have yet to use power armor since im a vats user, im excited to hopefully craft my version so i can try it with my non used PA Union Set with the stabilized perk, i heard it stacks with A.A. and I can run a full health build and try something different!
Anti-or weapon and stabilized does stack but it’s multiplicative. It will give you a 75% armor penetration however the stinging mod the new mod and likewise any weapon mod if you if you have an armor on your weapon, whatever it is and there is a weapon mod not a legendary effect, though you already have that on the weapon the first star anti-armor, legendary effect will additively stack with any anti armor or armor penetration effect that’s a mod for the weapon so the stinging mod the stinging core receptacle for that weapon that’s 20% +50% that gives you 70% armor penetration on the weapon alone and then multiplicatively you can add another 45% with stabilized you can more or less I mean very close to the gate all the armor on a boss now this is only really that important on a boss most creatures in the game have very little armor I mean, almost none but the bossesnow have massive armor. I mean huge amounts so
I had 1 explosive legenday box mod and put it on my gatling plasma. It has NO explosive visual effect and seemingly no additional DPS, so i'm really disappointed. Have the same weapon mods as you have here, not the beam splitter which as far as i see would be the only reason it wouldn't work. Looking for a solution - Any ideas people?
The explosive effect has changed from what it used to be which was a ballistic explosive effect. The explosive effect is now green plasma explosions, very small but still explosions, however, you need to apply max rank of grenadier so that the visual effect of the explosions increase and you're explosive damage is twice the radius.
I think you failed to read his post. I’m pretty sure he didn’t use an explosive box mod to get visual explosive facts. He used it to get more DPS more damage and he says that’s not happening and to be fair. I just rolled up extra gallon plasma yesterday and found the same issue I locked out and got I don’t know what stupid shit I got on the first star, but I got explosive on the second star and I did not see any extra damage. That weapon was not impressive. I mean other than the fact that the gallon plasma is always pretty impressive, but it did not seem to be getting extra damage yet when I swapped I had two of them and I swapped the frame nozzle on it and there I seem to get much better results like instantly destroying any target that I flamed with that thing but the range is like really really short. I mean, you have to be on top of your targets, but I had been killing a little of everything with it and when I switched to explosive, you know put the flaming nozzle on the one with the explosive. I instantly saw a difference, but I did not see when using it with the focus nozzle.
Course I had both demo expert and grenadier maxed out on both tests so I think there’s still something funky going on with the Gattlin plasma with explosive on it. I mean as far as I know the only nozzle that is not supposed to get the explosive effect it is the splitter.
What did you mean by how gatling legacies performed vs how they preform now. Like besides the explode mod being broken, did they have better base stats as well?
So the issue was that the attachments on the energy weapons were calculating the explosive damage incorrectly, the explosive legendary effect was working as intended i.e 20% explosive damage, however the beam splitter on the gatling plasma and corresponding weapons that had attachments were calculating the explosive damage incorrectly. So for example, the beam splitter on the laser rifle converted the laser particles into an additional 4 - 5 separate projectiles and the issue was that each projectile was producing the full 100% of the 20% explosive damage per projectile rather than 20% overall which is the way they are working now. it's why weapons like the Gatling Plasmas and Laser Rifles were weapons that everyone wanted to have at the time.
I’m not sure what he meant but Gatlin plasma Gatlin, laser, regular laser and regular they had a splitter. The splitter didn’t split shit when it came to the explosion. It simply multiplied it right you got the entire explosive effect multiple times that’s why they were so goddamn OP I’m not entirely sure why they didn’t just fix that Right cause shotguns always worked correctly. Eight shotgun pellets didn’t get eight times the explosive damage course it wasn’t split up eight ways either right I forget what the percentage for it was but it was a percentage per pallet of explosive damage. It still is although I think it’s been lowered a little bit in any case take the pepper shaker when it came out with the explosive effect available in the loop pool, it was working correctly. The explosion was not being replicated eight or 16 times but take a plasma a legacy Gattlin plasma with the explosive effect. It was getting 500% Damage increase from the explosive damage five times. The explosive damage was being added to that weapon. That’s why they were taken out of the loop pool and later removed from the game instead of just texting it so that the beam splitter got you 10 or 15% per beam or something Also, why now since maybe there’s some technicality that allows them that or doesn’t allow them to fix it now when you put on a beam splitter, I believe it just Gates the second star explosive effect instead of actually just fixing it correctly when he says that it works correctly or as intended now he’s full of shit. It was never intended the developers straight up, said openly that we did not intend any energy weapons to have an explosive effect. It was an error they put in the game, but then they acted on it. It had been duplicated and too many people had copies of those weapons. They did not want given the current status of the game, which was pretty shaky to piss off the entire community. We spent real money, not not Adams or calves, but actual dollars buying these weapons from Duers they did not want to piss everybody off so they fucked around for five years before finally removing all of them from the game what they should’ve done immediately when they found out their mistake was taking them all out of the game and just randomly replaced that second star with something that was still in the loop pool And they did not put it back in correctly so to speak all they did was vent so that you can’t have a sweater with the explosive effect but he’s full of shit. They never intended. They didn’t fix it as intended because it was never intended. That’s the statement they made at the time.

Yeah, use adrenaline with every build except the shredder. It doesn’t work with the shredder other than the fact that you can run around shredding shit it will stack up adrenaline and then if you switched to have a gun and shoot, you’ll get the benefit of that stack of adrenaline the same bloody mass it does not benefit from bloody mass But if you’re shooting guns at times or even if you’re just shooting 5 mm rounds, you picked up while shredding. The bloody mess works while you’re shooting the ad. Adrenaline also works with the shredder while you’re shooting it just not when you’re shredding with it and I thought maybe they fixed twisted muscle Because apparently there was something in the patch notes about they fixed the problem with it with certain weapons, and it seems like the shredder got a little bit of a nurse, but I tested it yesterday. Both the shredder in the auto wax lose a significant amount of damage when you suppress twisted muscleso it’s still working with both of them no understanding why because the shredder is not a manly weapon, but it does work with the shredder and the auto wax. I tried both of them.
I got the draw is pointless unless you put three points in it. It’s kind of pointless anyway, but it does occasionally do repair to your weapon and the same floor ricochet although now those are ricochet of move point now because ricochet is dependent on your lock not on your well and being in power armor, your luck, boosted and being in power armor boosted but back then if you were only running two points or gettingreduced chance, good place to spend many of those convenience work cards that you’re wasting points at
Keep that for sure!!! Even if you don't like the Two Shot effect, you can eventually find a bloodied or Anti Armor box mod and equip it instead of two shot
Exactly, nowadays if you get a drop with even especially a second or a third star that’s good. It’s cheap to put a first star on even a second star is not as expensive making the third Starbucks that’s pretty expensive but you can run around and buy those so if you get a weapon with even one thing on it, you want it’s a keeper. It is not difficult the fast travel around from vendor to vendor and server and find a collection of box mats to make what you think is your God role weapon it’s just not hard to do anymore. The four star ones are hard to get but the first second and third not difficult at all. I mean I’ve ran around and got several durability a couple of assassins. I’m making a new set of assassin power armor I mean it’s easy to collect what you want and then pull the trigger and craft it right it’s not hard. The only one that’s difficult to get are the four star

Pam, no matter what they’re chassis let’s say you’re carrying an extra chassis I mean OK maybe you’re one of those guys that runs around collecting it from various chances all over the map just grab the chassis. The chassis weighs 10 the pieces you take off my way, 7080 pounds but on the Jesse they weigh 10 so grab the chassis even if it only has three pieces on it and you grab another big fucking deal Together. They weigh 20 you take the pieces off they’re gonna weigh well over 100 pounds and then you’re gonna need that part card that is really a waste of her points I mean OK maybe you carry around another chest like with a jet pack on it that you flop out with your current chest Flowers running several point per card to make that one piece way less and any other situation is covered by just either carrying an empty gas. In fact that’s one way to solve it. Put that piece on an empty chassis. Going to be using that while you’re in power armor even before this patch that made it easier people still would drink a bunch of coffee and then that a boss do you want 100% should be doing that so that you can quit the boss even now that they don’t have damage reduction, you should still be doing credits when you can on a boss you don’t need to do it on mobs You shouldn’t have advances. Just hit fire or a fire but when you’re doing a boss, you should be dancing it so that you can credit you get massive amount of Chris with the have you got and all you gotta do is drink 15 or 20 coffee. You don’t even have to do that now doing the new boss are the first boss in the new raid, I was able to completely go through cycles where he would be aiming at someone else focusing on someone else and I would bat and Crip the shit out of him until he turned back to me, and I stuck behind a pillar by the time he turned to somebody else my AP was back up to 100 Course you have to run company key and do you have to have you know AP regenerating per car but I did not need coffee anymore to make that happen. Although coffee might’ve helped some and it’s free after all I mean Jesus Christ I sell coffee to the train station venture all the time because I keep collecting it and not using it Company on the other hand every time I renew my boss even though company T last hour I just knew it because it’s a never-ending resource that comes out of a machine. Don’t have to collect it. Just grab it out of the machine and use it but you 100% should be using Chris before and after the stage on bossesif you’re a heavy John belt shooting at a boss, you should be that boss and credit them as much as possible, even if you have to stop and wait for five seconds for a pet again it’s well worth it for the extra damage
Whether you need granite deer with that weapon, but you definitely want demo expert. I mean it’s a single target weapon. It’s not like you’re going to be exploding the whole room your tagging stuff that very close and certainly the rapid explosions may kill them eventually but it’s really a single target weapon. Where are you doing? Is more damage from the explosion do you want demo expert for sure but again bills, but we already know how to build exclusive weapons and bills are all preferential anyway.
I'm not sure if it is just me or not but DE doesn't seem to actually apply to mine. I have the damage numbers on and I tested it at neurological warfare it did the same damage even if i switched DE out with gunsmith.
Price have nothing to do with each other. They don’t work together at all. There’s not a single bit of synergy between them. They have completely different functions. One decreases the outgoing damage of your target. The other increases becoming damage to your target from all sources and to all sources, they work similarly but completely one increases the damage to target takes one decreases the damage to target does, but they are not synergistic. They will each work equally the same with or without the other.

No, OK let’s see you have 500 health and you had 45 life giver under the new situation. You’re gonna be adding a lot more life giver if you’re understand endurance well let’s say you at 45 help your max out now your 20% window is a bigger pool Right rage is 20% of your max health if you make your max help bigger than 20% is a bigger chunk. This is a problem people I’ve had since this game came out. They don’t understand how how our endurance works. I’ll help points work how health works the more help to have the more usable hip points you’ll have in that pool When you’re at low health you can literally get up to you know 120 Ish where is most people are running at 50 or 60 maybe 80 again though the more health you have that’s why you take alcohol that’s why you I mean there’s why you use psycho boss well not with low health go wasn’t psychopath always a problem with low health when it drops off, and your health is lower as you die, but that’s why you you use endurance increasing counts and straight up bad health because the more health you have the bigger that health pool you have when you’re at 20% survive or survival more hell is always better
But bloody doesn’t have shit to do with health other than the fact that the bloodied legendary effect increases damage as you reduce health, but it doesn’t have shit to do with your health pool only how far you have reduced your max out if you’re radiation takes you down to just above zero you’re getting the most out of your bloody weapon but again it doesn’t have a dick to do with this conversationnor really does hurt rage life giver adds to your max help to get into nerd grade. You must reduce your max health to 20% so the more max help to have the bigger than 20% full of health will be more hip points good
No, I have to do with increasing your strength then how is it always a good idea you don’t need strength you’re on a gun build a heavy gun belt. Do you only need 15 points of strength because there are literally more than 15 points for the stuff you want to use when you’re on have a gun bill But again taking a cycle boss which is yourself name is one of the accounts is going to worst make you lose one point of strength, which isn’t going to affect your build at all not gonna affect your damage. They’re gonna lose a few Carey weight points but you’re spending three per points to avoid losing one point of strength and you do know Kim don’t stack right whatever can you put on last even if the affect is lower than a prior term that’s the one that is going to be on you so if you put on an air, let’s say it’s really right And you used both above that but they use a cycle boss above that they don’t stack everything on the buff cat Nick gates everything on the cycle box so you lose HP that’s all you lose I guess because they both have one strength +3 endurance, but the bus does not have a universal bus so theoretically a few if stacking still works that way the universal ball will remain untouched The hell the hip point boss will be reduced the bus dance 10.5 and then you’ll still have three strength and +3, and if you had a addiction to cycle, the minus one strength is negated by either one of those cars they’re both psycho product again addictions are a joke. The only people Who need to worry about them are junkies where they’re already running five addictions all the time they wanna make sure they don’t add to them because most of the things they used to get addicted they’re not gonna keep using and only the one that you do it will relieve that particular addiction. Everybody else who buys a cycle boss wants a while or an alcohol once in a while does not really need to worry about minor addiction to alcohol or psycho.

Every gun has one set of mods that are just bring that choice over every other month there’s there’s mostly yeah every single gun has one set of mods. Everything else is useless. Some of them are blatantly obvious they do nothing but downgrade the gun but in this case, what are you getting with accelerated 20% fire rate right which eliminates the need to have fire rate in the second star you can use the accelerated nozzle so that you can use something more useful in the second star like explosionsalthough I’m not entirely sure that’s the best choice either given the new circumstances grit might be the best choice, but I guess it depends on what you’re going to use it for
Dont waste your time getting excited thinking its going to be anything like they were before we lost the legacys, it was the first thing i rebuilt and it is totally trash. Just sticking with my cremator for the time being.

What the worst case you’re gonna end up getting 1.0 this is that taken away but you’re using three points to prevent it pointless card I mean really pointless. It’s what they should rebalance down to a one point card same with the one that makes them last longer or they could just make out of last longer. I mean they’re kind of ridiculous like three minutes. Five minutes. Two minutes for alcohol. They’re all kind of stupid but you have to put three point cards on to make them last for four minutes or six minutes or 10 minutes by the 10 minute one that’s actually worthwhile but dance is worth a lot more than psychopath for instance because the last five minutes all by itself they’re using three points to make other cards last the same amount of time as bus pad. Certainly psychopath gives you a little more 25% universal damage increase but big deal and an addiction for the cycle of means minus one Frank great fucking deal.
Back in the day there were 2 groups of players legacy users and the people that complained (i think because they couldnt get one). I didnt complain but did help them complete many rad rumble event

I am I’m not entirely sure. I thought you were showcase a weapon, but you’re spending all this time talking about a build to be fair. Most people know how to build a heavy gun build with the explosion.
Said also a shit car two points you’re using two points and you’re gaming 10 AP can hit points. I can’t think what else but you’re gaining minor gain a little bit of disease resistance like 10 for being fully 10% for being fully fed and 10% for being Fully hydrated but you’re already stacking up a butt load of disease resistance because pretty sure you put the one point card vaccinated on that as your massive disease resistance being fully fat and fully hydrated without rejuvenated gives you the plus strength and the plus endurance and gives you massive disease resistance like 70% You only increasing it to 90%, but you’re increasing it and then stacking it with other disease resistance cards, the decision some of you people make on these points doesn’t make any sense. Rejuvenated has been worthless since they took the survival stuff out of the game. They changed to rejuvenate I mean, they changed eating and drinking so instead of dying, you just lose a natural boss at that point the boss you got from rejuvenated it didn’t get adjusted. Do you now get most of rejuvenated without rejuvenated? It’s a pointless per car. There are other cars in endurance at this stage of the game that are way more valuable, especially after the patch before the patch the cards for them that were really fucking powerful that nobody ever used before they modified them to one point cards and changed their function. Those are now hyper useful way more better than rejuvenated. As a matter fact ironclad I don’t know if that’s useful anymore five points to get 15% I mean 50 damage is an energy resist yet I stomach is already giving you that a little more than that actually I can’t remember how much but more than I for one point just because you have you know high endurance.

Yo sigo jugando, pero solo para coleccionar y otra cosa Bethesda no pocas veces cambia los efectos y dano en las armas, armaduras y demas articulos del juego cambiando la dinamica y no necesariamente de manera satisfactoria sino para frustrar cosas que a los jugadores les gustaban.

I have a bloodied explosive gatling plasma and it works pretty good. My favorite is still the gauss minigun, it kicks butt.
Love the gauss but it eats too much ammo and takes too much to craft for me I either just use a Gatling plasma or a flamer and creamator

I’ve a ton of videos exactly like this and one of the things that people have always appreciated is that I take the time to go into detail with how the build works and how to replicate what they’re seeing.
Which is why I provide timestamps, so that if you by some chance just skip all of the necessary information and just look at the weapon being used and think to yourself … “why is he able to do this.. or why is it doing that kind of damage”.. well.. you can click the part of the video you need to go to find that info 👍🏻

Cool video! I have an anti armor one ive been saving for over a week to add the explosive effect i cant seem to scrap. Gonna keep grinding, and scrapping... I have yet to use power armor since im a vats user, im excited to hopefully craft my version so i can try it with my non used PA Union Set with the stabilized perk, i heard it stacks with A.A. and I can run a full health build and try something different!
Anti-or weapon and stabilized does stack but it’s multiplicative. It will give you a 75% armor penetration however the stinging mod the new mod and likewise any weapon mod if you if you have an armor on your weapon, whatever it is and there is a weapon mod not a legendary effect, though you already have that on the weapon the first star anti-armor, legendary effect will additively stack with any anti armor or armor penetration effect that’s a mod for the weapon so the stinging mod the stinging core receptacle for that weapon that’s 20% +50% that gives you 70% armor penetration on the weapon alone and then multiplicatively you can add another 45% with stabilized you can more or less I mean very close to the gate all the armor on a boss now this is only really that important on a boss most creatures in the game have very little armor I mean, almost none but the bossesnow have massive armor. I mean huge amounts so
I had 1 explosive legenday box mod and put it on my gatling plasma. It has NO explosive visual effect and seemingly no additional DPS, so i'm really disappointed. Have the same weapon mods as you have here, not the beam splitter which as far as i see would be the only reason it wouldn't work. Looking for a solution - Any ideas people?
The explosive effect has changed from what it used to be which was a ballistic explosive effect.
The explosive effect is now green plasma explosions, very small but still explosions, however, you need to apply max rank of grenadier so that the visual effect of the explosions increase and you're explosive damage is twice the radius.
I think you failed to read his post. I’m pretty sure he didn’t use an explosive box mod to get visual explosive facts. He used it to get more DPS more damage and he says that’s not happening and to be fair. I just rolled up extra gallon plasma yesterday and found the same issue I locked out and got I don’t know what stupid shit I got on the first star, but I got explosive on the second star and I did not see any extra damage. That weapon was not impressive. I mean other than the fact that the gallon plasma is always pretty impressive, but it did not seem to be getting extra damage yet when I swapped I had two of them and I swapped the frame nozzle on it and there I seem to get much better results like instantly destroying any target that I flamed with that thing but the range is like really really short. I mean, you have to be on top of your targets, but I had been killing a little of everything with it and when I switched to explosive, you know put the flaming nozzle on the one with the explosive. I instantly saw a difference, but I did not see when using it with the focus nozzle.
Course I had both demo expert and grenadier maxed out on both tests so I think there’s still something funky going on with the Gattlin plasma with explosive on it. I mean as far as I know the only nozzle that is not supposed to get the explosive effect it is the splitter.

What did you mean by how gatling legacies performed vs how they preform now. Like besides the explode mod being broken, did they have better base stats as well?
So the issue was that the attachments on the energy weapons were calculating the explosive damage incorrectly, the explosive legendary effect was working as intended i.e 20% explosive damage, however the beam splitter on the gatling plasma and corresponding weapons that had attachments were calculating the explosive damage incorrectly.
So for example, the beam splitter on the laser rifle converted the laser particles into an additional 4 - 5 separate projectiles and the issue was that each projectile was producing the full 100% of the 20% explosive damage per projectile rather than 20% overall which is the way they are working now.
it's why weapons like the Gatling Plasmas and Laser Rifles were weapons that everyone wanted to have at the time.
I’m not sure what he meant but Gatlin plasma Gatlin, laser, regular laser and regular they had a splitter. The splitter didn’t split shit when it came to the explosion. It simply multiplied it right you got the entire explosive effect multiple times that’s why they were so goddamn OP I’m not entirely sure why they didn’t just fix that Right cause shotguns always worked correctly. Eight shotgun pellets didn’t get eight times the explosive damage course it wasn’t split up eight ways either right I forget what the percentage for it was but it was a percentage per pallet of explosive damage. It still is although I think it’s been lowered a little bit in any case take the pepper shaker when it came out with the explosive effect available in the loop pool, it was working correctly. The explosion was not being replicated eight or 16 times but take a plasma a legacy Gattlin plasma with the explosive effect. It was getting 500% Damage increase from the explosive damage five times. The explosive damage was being added to that weapon. That’s why they were taken out of the loop pool and later removed from the game instead of just texting it so that the beam splitter got you 10 or 15% per beam or something Also, why now since maybe there’s some technicality that allows them that or doesn’t allow them to fix it now when you put on a beam splitter, I believe it just Gates the second star explosive effect instead of actually just fixing it correctly when he says that it works correctly or as intended now he’s full of shit. It was never intended the developers straight up, said openly that we did not intend any energy weapons to have an explosive effect. It was an error they put in the game, but then they acted on it. It had been duplicated and too many people had copies of those weapons. They did not want given the current status of the game, which was pretty shaky to piss off the entire community. We spent real money, not not Adams or calves, but actual dollars buying these weapons from Duers they did not want to piss everybody off so they fucked around for five years before finally removing all of them from the game what they should’ve done immediately when they found out their mistake was taking them all out of the game and just randomly replaced that second star with something that was still in the loop pool And they did not put it back in correctly so to speak all they did was vent so that you can’t have a sweater with the explosive effect but he’s full of shit. They never intended. They didn’t fix it as intended because it was never intended. That’s the statement they made at the time.

Yeah, use adrenaline with every build except the shredder. It doesn’t work with the shredder other than the fact that you can run around shredding shit it will stack up adrenaline and then if you switched to have a gun and shoot, you’ll get the benefit of that stack of adrenaline the same bloody mass it does not benefit from bloody mass But if you’re shooting guns at times or even if you’re just shooting 5 mm rounds, you picked up while shredding. The bloody mess works while you’re shooting the ad. Adrenaline also works with the shredder while you’re shooting it just not when you’re shredding with it and I thought maybe they fixed twisted muscle Because apparently there was something in the patch notes about they fixed the problem with it with certain weapons, and it seems like the shredder got a little bit of a nurse, but I tested it yesterday. Both the shredder in the auto wax lose a significant amount of damage when you suppress twisted muscleso it’s still working with both of them no understanding why because the shredder is not a manly weapon, but it does work with the shredder and the auto wax. I tried both of them.
By the way, the flamer is fucking amazing other than the fact that you literally have to be on top of your target. I mean real close.

I got the draw is pointless unless you put three points in it. It’s kind of pointless anyway, but it does occasionally do repair to your weapon and the same floor ricochet although now those are ricochet of move point now because ricochet is dependent on your lock not on your well and being in power armor, your luck, boosted and being in power armor boosted but back then if you were only running two points or gettingreduced chance, good place to spend many of those convenience work cards that you’re wasting points at

Even if you don't like the Two Shot effect, you can eventually find a bloodied or Anti Armor box mod and equip it instead of two shot
Exactly, nowadays if you get a drop with even especially a second or a third star that’s good. It’s cheap to put a first star on even a second star is not as expensive making the third Starbucks that’s pretty expensive but you can run around and buy those so if you get a weapon with even one thing on it, you want it’s a keeper. It is not difficult the fast travel around from vendor to vendor and server and find a collection of box mats to make what you think is your God role weapon it’s just not hard to do anymore. The four star ones are hard to get but the first second and third not difficult at all. I mean I’ve ran around and got several durability a couple of assassins. I’m making a new set of assassin power armor I mean it’s easy to collect what you want and then pull the trigger and craft it right it’s not hard. The only one that’s difficult to get are the four star

Pam, no matter what they’re chassis let’s say you’re carrying an extra chassis I mean OK maybe you’re one of those guys that runs around collecting it from various chances all over the map just grab the chassis. The chassis weighs 10 the pieces you take off my way, 7080 pounds but on the Jesse they weigh 10 so grab the chassis even if it only has three pieces on it and you grab another big fucking deal Together. They weigh 20 you take the pieces off they’re gonna weigh well over 100 pounds and then you’re gonna need that part card that is really a waste of her points I mean OK maybe you carry around another chest like with a jet pack on it that you flop out with your current chest Flowers running several point per card to make that one piece way less and any other situation is covered by just either carrying an empty gas. In fact that’s one way to solve it. Put that piece on an empty chassis. Going to be using that while you’re in power armor even before this patch that made it easier people still would drink a bunch of coffee and then that a boss do you want 100% should be doing that so that you can quit the boss even now that they don’t have damage reduction, you should still be doing credits when you can on a boss you don’t need to do it on mobs You shouldn’t have advances. Just hit fire or a fire but when you’re doing a boss, you should be dancing it so that you can credit you get massive amount of Chris with the have you got and all you gotta do is drink 15 or 20 coffee. You don’t even have to do that now doing the new boss are the first boss in the new raid, I was able to completely go through cycles where he would be aiming at someone else focusing on someone else and I would bat and Crip the shit out of him until he turned back to me, and I stuck behind a pillar by the time he turned to somebody else my AP was back up to 100 Course you have to run company key and do you have to have you know AP regenerating per car but I did not need coffee anymore to make that happen. Although coffee might’ve helped some and it’s free after all I mean Jesus Christ I sell coffee to the train station venture all the time because I keep collecting it and not using it Company on the other hand every time I renew my boss even though company T last hour I just knew it because it’s a never-ending resource that comes out of a machine. Don’t have to collect it. Just grab it out of the machine and use it but you 100% should be using Chris before and after the stage on bossesif you’re a heavy John belt shooting at a boss, you should be that boss and credit them as much as possible, even if you have to stop and wait for five seconds for a pet again it’s well worth it for the extra damage
Whether you need granite deer with that weapon, but you definitely want demo expert. I mean it’s a single target weapon. It’s not like you’re going to be exploding the whole room your tagging stuff that very close and certainly the rapid explosions may kill them eventually but it’s really a single target weapon. Where are you doing? Is more damage from the explosion do you want demo expert for sure but again bills, but we already know how to build exclusive weapons and bills are all preferential anyway.
I'm not sure if it is just me or not but DE doesn't seem to actually apply to mine. I have the damage numbers on and I tested it at neurological warfare it did the same damage even if i switched DE out with gunsmith.
Price have nothing to do with each other. They don’t work together at all. There’s not a single bit of synergy between them. They have completely different functions. One decreases the outgoing damage of your target. The other increases becoming damage to your target from all sources and to all sources, they work similarly but completely one increases the damage to target takes one decreases the damage to target does, but they are not synergistic. They will each work equally the same with or without the other.
If you’re using a low health bloody build why use Life giver card that adds to your max health ?
Bloodied and nerd rage is just 20%. More max hp gives you more at 20%

No, OK let’s see you have 500 health and you had 45 life giver under the new situation. You’re gonna be adding a lot more life giver if you’re understand endurance well let’s say you at 45 help your max out now your 20% window is a bigger pool Right rage is 20% of your max health if you make your max help bigger than 20% is a bigger chunk. This is a problem people I’ve had since this game came out. They don’t understand how how our endurance works. I’ll help points work how health works the more help to have the more usable hip points you’ll have in that pool When you’re at low health you can literally get up to you know 120 Ish where is most people are running at 50 or 60 maybe 80 again though the more health you have that’s why you take alcohol that’s why you I mean there’s why you use psycho boss well not with low health go wasn’t psychopath always a problem with low health when it drops off, and your health is lower as you die, but that’s why you you use endurance increasing counts and straight up bad health because the more health you have the bigger that health pool you have when you’re at 20% survive or survival more hell is always better
But bloody doesn’t have shit to do with health other than the fact that the bloodied legendary effect increases damage as you reduce health, but it doesn’t have shit to do with your health pool only how far you have reduced your max out if you’re radiation takes you down to just above zero you’re getting the most out of your bloody weapon but again it doesn’t have a dick to do with this conversationnor really does hurt rage life giver adds to your max help to get into nerd grade. You must reduce your max health to 20% so the more max help to have the bigger than 20% full of health will be more hip points good

No, I have to do with increasing your strength then how is it always a good idea you don’t need strength you’re on a gun build a heavy gun belt. Do you only need 15 points of strength because there are literally more than 15 points for the stuff you want to use when you’re on have a gun bill But again taking a cycle boss which is yourself name is one of the accounts is going to worst make you lose one point of strength, which isn’t going to affect your build at all not gonna affect your damage. They’re gonna lose a few Carey weight points but you’re spending three per points to avoid losing one point of strength and you do know Kim don’t stack right whatever can you put on last even if the affect is lower than a prior term that’s the one that is going to be on you so if you put on an air, let’s say it’s really right And you used both above that but they use a cycle boss above that they don’t stack everything on the buff cat Nick gates everything on the cycle box so you lose HP that’s all you lose I guess because they both have one strength +3 endurance, but the bus does not have a universal bus so theoretically a few if stacking still works that way the universal ball will remain untouched The hell the hip point boss will be reduced the bus dance 10.5 and then you’ll still have three strength and +3, and if you had a addiction to cycle, the minus one strength is negated by either one of those cars they’re both psycho product again addictions are a joke. The only people Who need to worry about them are junkies where they’re already running five addictions all the time they wanna make sure they don’t add to them because most of the things they used to get addicted they’re not gonna keep using and only the one that you do it will relieve that particular addiction. Everybody else who buys a cycle boss wants a while or an alcohol once in a while does not really need to worry about minor addiction to alcohol or psycho.

Exactly this is you had another gun that has just one configuration right I mean that’s the way work in fallout 76. Every gun has one set of mods that are just bring that choice over every other month there’s there’s mostly yeah every single gun has one set of mods. Everything else is useless. Some of them are blatantly obvious they do nothing but downgrade the gun but in this case, what are you getting with accelerated 20% fire rate right which eliminates the need to have fire rate in the second star you can use the accelerated nozzle so that you can use something more useful in the second star like explosionsalthough I’m not entirely sure that’s the best choice either given the new circumstances grit might be the best choice, but I guess it depends on what you’re going to use it for

The explosive scattered laser rifle is good. I enjoy the new egp and personally it was so broken and way too strong before.
Pick up on there was no pond in that fence at all addiction is a waste of birth points. What the worst case you’re gonna end up getting 1.0 this is that taken away but you’re using three points to prevent it pointless card I mean really pointless. It’s what they should rebalance down to a one point card same with the one that makes them last longer or they could just make out of last longer. I mean they’re kind of ridiculous like three minutes. Five minutes. Two minutes for alcohol. They’re all kind of stupid but you have to put three point cards on to make them last for four minutes or six minutes or 10 minutes by the 10 minute one that’s actually worthwhile but dance is worth a lot more than psychopath for instance because the last five minutes all by itself they’re using three points to make other cards last the same amount of time as bus pad. Certainly psychopath gives you a little more 25% universal damage increase but big deal and an addiction for the cycle of means minus one Frank great fucking deal.

I am I’m not entirely sure. I thought you were showcase a weapon, but you’re spending all this time talking about a build to be fair. Most people know how to build a heavy gun build with the explosion.
Said also a shit car two points you’re using two points and you’re gaming 10 AP can hit points. I can’t think what else but you’re gaining minor gain a little bit of disease resistance like 10 for being fully 10% for being fully fed and 10% for being Fully hydrated but you’re already stacking up a butt load of disease resistance because pretty sure you put the one point card vaccinated on that as your massive disease resistance being fully fat and fully hydrated without rejuvenated gives you the plus strength and the plus endurance and gives you massive disease resistance like 70% You only increasing it to 90%, but you’re increasing it and then stacking it with other disease resistance cards, the decision some of you people make on these points doesn’t make any sense. Rejuvenated has been worthless since they took the survival stuff out of the game. They changed to rejuvenate I mean, they changed eating and drinking so instead of dying, you just lose a natural boss at that point the boss you got from rejuvenated it didn’t get adjusted. Do you now get most of rejuvenated without rejuvenated? It’s a pointless per car. There are other cars in endurance at this stage of the game that are way more valuable, especially after the patch before the patch the cards for them that were really fucking powerful that nobody ever used before they modified them to one point cards and changed their function. Those are now hyper useful way more better than rejuvenated. As a matter fact ironclad I don’t know if that’s useful anymore five points to get 15% I mean 50 damage is an energy resist yet I stomach is already giving you that a little more than that actually I can’t remember how much but more than I for one point just because you have you know high endurance.

Yo sigo jugando, pero solo para coleccionar y otra cosa Bethesda no pocas veces cambia los efectos y dano en las armas, armaduras y demas articulos del juego cambiando la dinamica y no necesariamente de manera satisfactoria sino para frustrar cosas que a los jugadores les gustaban.
