Unless those floats expand, you are making them much denser and much less buoyant.
For the most buoyancy you want a pure vacuum.
am i missing something here? is there some reason theyre pressurized other than to inflate them? if not, you should inflate them as little as possible. Theres no way the fish could pull them down far enough for PSI to be an issue
