it is safe to eat, if you freeze the fish before you prepare it. freezing will kill all the parasites and then you're good to go
It is not safe no. Unless you deep freeze it (not just throwing it into the fridge for a bit) you have to hope there are no parasites on it that would infect you.

Do you prefer a single roller or a double roller? Do you have the option of just using the kicker (or any band individually) band on a double roller to get fish in rocks or caves? I'm a noob tbh lol.

Probably muscle spasm but seeing the Tuna's eyes looking around in that state was heartbreaking. If it was still alive thats horrible. Nature I know, but still heartbreaking, its like you can see the fear in its eyes

They were not Oceanic Whitetips, the divers would be very stupid to stay in the water with that number of frenzied Oceanic Whitetips. They looked to be Grey Reef Sharks, which can be a problem, but are a much lower level of threat.
