Man, excellent top! It's really a shame that these game were never released outside of Japan. The good part is that some of them can be perfectly playable from beginning to end even if you don't dominate the japanese language and some other have a unofficial english patch translation :D
This time I knew about half of them. Though few have a full translation so never got to really try them out, still it is cool to show light on these because for one now more people know these games exist and also maybe some of these people could try to do some translations. In any case great to see a part 2 of the first video, don't force yourself on rushing the content with the 'more often' promise just go at your own pace 👍

Nano Diver, Mana Khemia 2, Shining Blade, Shining Heart, Shining Ark, Princess Crown, Akiba Trip, Frontier Gate Boost+, and Magna Carta are games I recommend.

the latter^ I am studying as much as I can but I’m not a native speaker at all so I mostly base it around visuals and the few things I do understand. Like I didn’t even know one of these were based on an actual anime so I struggled to go deep into the plot lol
It depends, some games do have language settings but for most Japanese games you’ll have to rely on an English Patch made by fans. Those are very common so finding one usually isn’t difficult with the exception of a few games.

Kurohyou 1 and 2 have both english fantranslations. Really great games, music, story, fighting system, cutsxenes, characters, etc.

you could also invest in an emulation handheld like the Retroid Pocket 3 or the Odin 2. Playing PSP games on those devices looks and feels great!
