How does one shop on the Zara website? I have been trying to shop there for ages but every time I log on it’s weird over the top editorial clothes. How do you find normal clothes on the website? I have literally been to the site at least once every few weeks and I have not seen anything close to your haul.
It can be hard sometimes but just going section by section can make it easier. Also sometimes looking past the crazy photos and just ordering stuff to try..you'd be surprised at what's actually normal!
NEVER BUYING ZARA JEANS AGAIN!!! Bought two pairs of jeans. They were adorable and I loved them. After wearing the one pair 2x they ripped in the butt. Unfortunately, my kids got really sick and I couldn't get back to the mall. When I did get back they refused to give me any store credit to exchange them. The manager at the store said that I had to call to to talk to zara about it. When I called they said the store makes the decision on if I get credit or not. I went back to the store and they said no. I was extremely frustrated by the way they lied to me and made me run around. I paid around $65 for the jeans and never go to wear them. I decided to dish out money and I took them to a tailor to have them fixed. Within two days of having them fixed they ripped again right next to the fixed area. The material is cheep and I would NEVER but clothes from them again. The second pair I had gotten Also ripped within a month. I obviously wasn't going to waste my money or time trying to get them fixed or exchanged. Don't waste your money or time. Zara is only good for kids clothes as they only last a season. I am still pissed at how I was treated in the store and the situation.
