- This workout will make you faster!!! Wait until the end😂. In this video, I decided to do a video similar to FloTrack's Workout Wednesdays. I wanted to demonstrate how D1 Track and Field athletes workout. If you want to know how to get faster, I suggest watching this video and trying the workout for yourself. As D1 800 Track athletes, we train hard to be faster, looking up to some of the all time best track althetes such as Nick Symmonds and Olympic Gold Medalists.

How much rest was in between 4 and 2
good workout. why do you guys run on the outside lanes as opposed to lane 1? does it have to do with the track itself’s stress?
