    Hello man! Like your channel :) Thank you for all advice!! What I would like is a video around how to train to become faster. I mean just going to the track and doin braindead laps isnt optimal. But how should I plan my practice day? Should I do drills everyday? 2x20min motos, 5 sprint laps, 20min drills??? How do you plan your practice days?? It´s also hard to improve everything at once, maybe you would do like 1 moto only focus on lines, one on only standing up.
