  • Koleston Perfect is a permanent colour range used with Welloxon Perfect developers 4%, 6%, 9%, 12% and 1.9% Welloxon Perfect Pastel for pastel toning.
    This video shows a basic technique of covering grey regrowth on previously coloured hair. After a full consultation with the client we assess the hair distribution and % of white hair compared to natural hair colour.This communication with the client makes it easier to decide on product and application technique. It also ensures that the clients expectations can be achieved and we obtain the required result on this regrowth application. On this particular occasion the client wanted a more translucent blend of colour so we opted to leave a base tint out on this occasion. You will see in previous videos the same client but with variations of colour formulas depending on what coverage and tone the client wants to see.
    Formula
    9/1 Koleston Perfect Me 30ml
    6% Welloxon Developer 30ml
    Development time 30 minutes

    Hello! Could you tell me, I was told that for gray hair you need to use an oxidizing agent of 1.9%, and paint with two zeros (for example, 9/00). Can you tell me if this is true or not, and what is the difference? Thank you very much for your reply!

      6% Wella developer for grey coverage. 1.9% is used to tone hair. For resistant grey hair 99/0 may be a better choice than 9/00.

    Hello is this 1 part colour 2 part developer?

    • @hairupideas
      @hairupideas  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      No 1:1 ratio. Equal parts colour to developer

    Why not 99/0 as well pls ? Even when I put base doesn’t cover so well . I don’t understand where I am wrong :(

      I always measure on a scales so it’s exact ratio. Equal amounts colour to developer. Always use Welloxon. I develop for minimum 30mins and 45-50 for resistant hair. The key for me is saturation of product,it really needs to be well covered in product
