Bad childhoods mixed with alcohol, violence, hypocrisy and religion is more than enough to F up a kid's life. Many of the great actors and authors of years past led painful disoriented lives full of barbituates, hard core drugs and alcohol. This behavior is as old as mankind. Only we can change it. It is not impossible. Be hopeful, not hopeless. 🙂

Also when I speak to m fiance about her passed grandfather who was an abusive drunk and how she remembers him and how her mom and aunt speak about him even in drunk moments of truth it differs a lot. I think it's possible to feel sorry for a person while also holding them accountable. It's true that being a victim is not an excuse to be an abuser, but you must consider it's also true that the most reliable way to heal a damaged person is with love. Trying your best to humiliate and disgrace an abuser is never going to redeem an abuser. It's important that we hold people accountable for their actions but also give them an open door for redemption.

My brother is bipolar, has a heart problem., the outburst, the anger , explosions it’s all of the memories of abuse and been holding back tears and feelings they can’t control. I know the toxicity of celebrity is prolly the very reason he disgusted by ppl like me and should I hate him. But, that’s the irony, that’s how I fell in love in first place.
