Hi Joanna, I love watching your video. Just a tip here, try to use a wooden spoon when you scoop up the manuka honey because honey has a acidic PH and metal spoons will reduce the properties of the honey. Thanks
Absolutely worth every penny. I applied directly onto some very slow healing bedsores that had just started. It was taken forever for them to heal up. We applied the Hony and it’s been a week and they’re almost gone. I’m sold
Just to touch on the “healing wounds” aspect of manuka. My dog had a surgery and they gave me medications , one of which was called “Kruuse Manuka G” which I googled it and it’s literally just pure Manuka Honey. And the vet told me to put it in his wound and it will make the wound fast. And it did! It’s wild. And this was a regular ole vet in Texas. Not some hippy vet or anything 😂. Also you’re so funny your voice sounds like you’re always about to start laughing 😂. Thanks for sharing this more ppl need to know about natural cures! I eat garlic cloves when sick and I recover fast and also my dad used Rick Simpson Oil and a poultry and greens diet to beat his cancer twice ..anyways there’s more natural cures than ppl think
"In conclusion, both KFactor and MGO rating systems are used to measure the potency of Manuka honey. However, they measure different properties of the honey. While MGO Manuka honey may be beneficial for its antibacterial properties, KFactor Manuka honey is considered the superior choice. It is produced naturally without heat treatment to increase MGO content, ensuring that it retains all of its natural enzymes."
Problem with manuka honey is they are high in glyphosate…be careful and find a brand that’s tested and says glyphosate free. One glyphosate free brand that I use is called Manukora.
@@aidencleary9718 talking about two completely different things. Sorry if MGO affected you negatively. I was simply stating Manuka honey is often high in glyphosate.
The only thing I would say is that the Manuka honey is the real honey. The runny stuff in the bottle is just mass produced, minimal amount of actual honey in it.
I had a bad case of pink eye infection like very bad i had yellow mucus that was literary glueing my eye closed shut so i tried Manuka honey on my eye and it was the fastest recovery i ever had. My eye was like brand new and felt so relieved. And yes when i would apply it it would sting momentarily but it was well worth it.
Thank you for being responsible in this video and still telling people to get vaccinated and consult their doctors/health professionals! I loved this review and found it very enjoyable to watch!
I would recommend Samu Manuka. They’re UMF accredited. They also have the most competitive prices on the market with their email sign up discount code & free shipping. The 850 mgo was worth the splurge when I had Covid. It got rid of my sore throat immediately & helped me recover right away. Can't recommend it enough.
Oh Joanna..... you choose the most deluded and NOT medicinal grade brand names of Manuka honey. I would understand if you are a paid reviewer : you got such products as free samples + a couple bucks to create a video. But be honest, PRI (Pacific Recourses International) import and distribute extremely law potency Manuka honey. Taht is why grocery stores like such brand. Another mistake at your video is "Australian Manuka ". Such honey named Australian because it is from Australia where a Jelly Bush is growing. Yes, it seems like Manuka plant while it is not the same plant, it is not a Leptospermum Scoparium. You can call Chinese Manuka honey or India Manuka honey - any honey you want, it is not a branded name of honey. People like your appearance on a video, that's right. Same time what gave you credentials to analyze Manuka honey effectiveness? Your personal experience consuming grocery grade manuka ? It says clearly on a label - MULTIFLORA. That means bees collected nectar from different floras. C'mon, be serious.
It’s a Myth This is an old wives' tale that won't go away. While honey is acidic, scooping your honey with a metal spoon is such a quick movement that corrosion is very unlikely..
However I consume 1 teaspoon of Manuka a day despite being a diabetic. I'm careful with my sugar intake and 1 teaspoon does me no harm. The benefits far outweigh the small amounts of sugar in my bloodstream.
Great video thanks. I love manuka.honey! Please don't recommend that people get jabbed, there are so many people suffering as a result of this kind of well intentioned but misguided advice. There is no place for drug pushing on a video about natural health

Love Manuka honey I’ve been using it for 2 years now because working in a manuka business will grant you free access 😂
I noticed that you haven't posted any videos lately. Are you still eating Manuka honey?
Haha sorry for the slow posts! Yes I still add manuka honey to my matcha every morning :)

thanks for the recommendation!
You kill the goodness of honey if you mix it with hot water. Warm should be okay
Yep totally agree!
Make sure whatever brand you choose tests their batches for glyphosate
not everyone can take Manuka honey, if you're on medication or cancer patients, please check with your doctor !
thank you ♡
Ur right it probably cures cancer n that's why the doctor would stay away from it....just like ivermectin
Is it Glyphosate -Free?
oo that's a good question, I would do extra research just to make sure you get one that's Glyphosate -Free!
tysm for sharing
My pleasure 😊
Have you tried gua sha and what kind of exercise do you recommend?

Which manuka honey is the best according to you?
i LOVE the superlife manuka honey - although the wedderspoon one is also super popular in the US :)
Honey is NO SUGAR.
