Good to see you again and I'm sorry about your loss of your life long friend. You've got this, we got this. You are not alone. And yes, take it one day at a time. Stay safe and positive my friend.

What a pleasant surprise to see a video from you! The past year has been terrible but there is a light at the end of the tunnel. You are strong. You are loved. And it may suck right now but everything is going to be alright. Don't be afraid to ask for help. You've been thru some things and therapy would be a great way to vent and sort all that out. Keep pushing forward my friend. You got this!

My Mother had Covid really bad in March of last year, first in the county, second in the state. Was in the hospital for a month, in a coma for a week. Still hasn't really recovered to this day. Hope you feel better and sorry for the loss of your friend. A group on Facebook called Survivor Core on Facebook has a lot of people who had Covid and are struggling, and talk about everything off their chest. Stay safe out there man. Best of luck

The sleep shit hits me. I'm always afraid that I won't wake up and live or see my loved one. It definitely happened during 2020. Now I appreciate my life everyday and never taking it for granted. Even to this day, I have those bad night and wonder is today the day I don't sleep at all just to feel safe. I used to think "Why do people say thank you God after they wake up?" Now I see. Just stay strong my guy! For me 2020 was definitely weird for me and for a lot of us but I'm making 2021 my year where I get off my ass and do something. I want to be storyteller so I'm finally making it. Don't know if it will go anywhere but I will never know if I don't try. When you a dealt a bad hand, keeping a smile can't make it worse. Stay strong and know that you will be okay 👍

I was thinking about you the other day and wondering how you were doing. This past year has been terrible. I lost my aunt and grandma and we were not able to do a funeral or gathering, it felt even worse and like we weren’t honoring them. Do you have the capability to go to a therapist? I know the accessibility in the US is terrible and not what it should be, but if its at all an option I think everyone can benefit. Just know that you’re important, and there is a plan for your life. Stay strong!

I know exactly how u feel that’s how I been feeling with all these deaths and I havnt mourn n I start feeling guilty being alive, I had a job interview the next day I heard my friend passed away n i felt guilty doing the interview, it affected me so much I didn’t do a good job.. I’ll have to check with my insurance if they cover therapy sometimes it can run $300-500 per session, sorry for your loss as well and thank you so much for sharing!!

@@factoner My new job doesn’t have any coverage either and it is that expensive near me as well. It shouldn’t be that hard for people to utilize mental health services.

@@kaitlyng.473 100% agree.. I have a friend he used an app to FaceTime his therapist and he’s gone through some similar trauma as me, so I’ll ask him for that info

Missed your vids bro. Keep your head up go out get some fresh air often and take a long walk, get a small dog if possible. Watch some stand up comedy vids, listen to some 80s music. Take it day by day and trust that things will get better for you.
