This comment from me is a bit late but want to clarify this video is all a joke! Sorry I can’t give a clearer opinion on the universities in this video as I’m not an expert and I am only a student at trinity. This is just Sean and I having some fun! Definitely look elsewhere for more solid advice. Congrats to those who’ve been accepted to any of these universities!
Damn! I was applying for TCD and suddenly saw this and re thought my decision 😂 anyway nice one!
L take
Is it possible to transfer to another uni after the first semester
Just received my offer to UCD for the MS in Material science program. Their admissions office did an excellent job giving a decision in just 2 weeks. Really excited!!
Despite the jokes, this ranking is really good. It helps to guide and get a real feeling on how the universities are seen among real irish people and not just the formal rankings. I was about to start a master in UCD in Set 2020, but Covid came and changed my plans. Still working in Peru! Keep posting videos!
What are you talking about? It has two of Ireland's three best universities (and the nicest campuses) in the fifth tier, and they give absolutely no justification for their rankings.
@@jamesnaughton5657 Which one are those three best universities in the 5th tier?
@@miguelgalvez7960 Trinity College Dublin and University College Cork.
@@jamesnaughton5657 Well they meant TCD's classifcation in 5th tier as a joke. But good point over University College Cork!
@@jamesnaughton5657 yes it is a joke! All of these universities and colleges are great, we’re not experts in Irish universities at all. It’s just for fun! Sorry I didn’t reply sooner to this
My mother works at UCD it’s definitely a win win
lucky. tell her to adopt me plz
@@notu1529 haha, well she quit to have a proper job now
cao deadline is tomorrow am taking this videos advice when choosing which college to go to
Just got my offer to UCD, MA IPE🥰 Really impressed with their time spent on reviewing my application! Only took them 2 weeks👍🏼 Kudos to UCD for a great admissions office.
Mate do have any idea about master In sports management because I going to apply for this university
@@sreeharsha4800 no idea, sorry
Same I'm an applicant from the United States and they accepted me around 2 weeks after I applied. Meanwhile the other colleges I applied to over here in Virginia take 3 months🙄
@@RealShareef Well you know how Americans like to play hard. Lol 😝
You missed RCSI.😅
My first cousin is in Trinity studying history of art and French, she got A's in english, maths music and art and had a piece of writing published in a college paper, I only mention it because her talents are so diverse, more power to the woman, she will achieve great things
"Her talents are diverse, gets A's in Math, will achieve great things"....... proceeds to study Art History.... oh well, cant win them all... hope shes good at making coffee...
@@markcollins4654 I only mention it because she is borderline genius, she won a scholarship to study in the sorbonne university in paris and she is an excellent writer, musician and artist in her own right, she got an A grade in honours french in school, her lowest grade in her final exams was a B in honours Irish, my poor brain is mediocre at best but I don't envy anyone's capability
@@aodhanodonnell2148 Yes but Art History is probably the single worst and most unrmployable degree one could possibly acquire. So... big mistake
@@markcollins4654 but she will excel at it and anyway it's like a talented author studying and reading other authors in the context of their respective time and place to inform their own art, history of art reflects culture the same way as philosophy or literature, it might be impossible to monetize and have no practical utility or neccessity, doesn't mean it's worthless though
@@aodhanodonnell2148 lol
going to ATU next year
Me too brother
The difference in the average speeds of two Trains is 14 km/hr.
The faster of the two Trains takes one hour less to travel 195 km than the slower Train takes to travel 204 kms .
Find the average speeds of the two trains !
Now that athlone and limerick institutes come under 1 university, which is better (including city wise).
Me thinking about going to UCC 👁 👄 👁
Same girl, literally having a crisis lol
This is all jokes, I’ve heard UCC is fab from my friends who go there!
Exactly...I’m thinking about going there and now I feel terrible because what if it’s not that good.
@@clair8880 don’t worry, UCC is great! This is mainly for laughs. Please don’t take this seriously!
@@clair8880 what is your opinion about UCC now?
I go to ulster but omg the subtitles because of our accent is so funny hahahahah
Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Amen. Happy Easter fellow men and women.
Can you please tell me if renewable energy system Msc worth it in DKIT? Please i need your reply cuz i got an offer from the college and I'm really unsure about it
D tier is Michael D Tier and as an NUIG student i cant help but be humbled to b in d tier 😂😂😂
I didn't understand. Was UCD ranked good or bad? I mean it's over A what should I consider?
This video is satirical! All of the colleges are good and the rankings are meaningless. I state this in the description of the video and in a comment above. UCD is a good college so do some more research to see if it’s the college for you!
@@QueenofQuirk oh god okay🥲🥲 actually I will be joining UCD this fall that's why I was a bit worried.
UCD or TCD for masters in management??

Is msc biotherapeutics good at dcu?
What about NCI, National College of IReland..?

Is Griffith College, Dublin a good option for Ms in computer science.?
no
go tud, dcu or nci
Is DCU good for International Relations masters?
Hello, I would like to know if I can study a higher diploma in science in computing even not having a bachelor degree
Yes u can, I did my data science diploma via springboard, and many of my classmates did not hold a bachelor but they all got some related industry experience to offer.
I want to do mine TU Dublin

is ATU Sligo a good option?
No
@@The_Alpha_Ewhy brother or are u joking?
UCD vs UCC....For masters in data science
Wats your pick🤙
Well this video is completely satire so I wouldn’t know myself which is better. I’d suggest looking into the data science syllabus for each course, then beyond that, look into whether you’d prefer to be in Dublin or Cork!
Give me a shout if you’re going to UCD .. I’m taking the same course at that uni next year

U didnt say queens

Which university is better, Trinity College Dublin? Or University College Dublin?
Trinity would be the more prestigious college and would have the better name, It really depends on what course you want to do, go to the college which would seem to be better for your course.
Trinity does have a good location, being in the city center of Dublin, but this shouldn't be the deciding factor, it really comes down to what course you want to do and which college does that course better.
Dublin City University(DCU) also has a fairly good reputation, Trinity,UCD and DCU would be the most popular colleges in Dublin.
Aaay LIT ftw
What is TUD like?
I’ve heard it’s great! They have a few campuses around Dublin and I know some people who go to Aungier St and Tallaght and they enjoy it!
