This was from my recent visit to my old group PTK-Peninsula, where I went over a few details regarding certain aspects of dakup y punyo; how I work with the different energies (tappy-tappy vs dynamic PTK-SMF style), when and why I execute certain options, and touched on how I teach to develop on the (3rd hand) trapping/sensitivity aspect of the foundation drill. Obviously I'm not showing the entirety of what I taught that day... you gotta come train with us to see any of that. ^_^
Unfortunately we didn't have a lot of time, but it was great to see/work with my guys in the Bay area again and I'm looking forward to getting the San Diego crew up to this level before long.
