5:05 The fact that the raw emotion behind "STAY. ALIVE." comes through almost harder than in the original track absolutely blows my mind.
I used to dream of an acoustic Tool concert -> dream realized.
The only 10+ minute tracks that fly by faster than Tool songs are your renditions of Tool songs. By the way, good choice using the looper this time, even though it breaks from your trademark "playing every instrument at once" style. Another outstanding Fear Inoculum arrangement!

Good Lord! I'm still trying to fathom the hand to mind coordination for the polyrhythmic patterns in this song. Also the rotary tape delay effect in the beginning was so surreal. Unbelievable performance overall. 🤘🏼

I lost my mom at the end of 2019. Are last talk was a bad argument. I found her dead the next day. This album did its best to heal me through those months that bled into Covid. I was only sober a year and half. Hell it almost broke me. I started smoking pot again lol but no no more heroin or cocaine.
