Archoil AR6400-D Diesel Fuel Additive Clean DPF Filter

Those having short Regen cycles might want to give Archoil AR6400-D diesel fuel additive a try, if it is the first time you have used it and your regens have dropped down mileage wise it might take a couple of tanks of this additive to fully clean the fuel system and the DPF filter (Diesel Particle Filter).
I was impressed with this diesel fuel additive, I have just shy of 42,000 miles on my ecodiesel and it would have the occasional 700 mile regen but mostly in the 600 mile range then it dropped down into the 500 mile range, then 400 miles until it was starting to regen at around every 250 miles.
I have used Hot Shot every day additive since I bought the truck and used their extreme diesel fuel additive but they were not cleaning the system. I researched the internet for DPF cleaners and came across the Archoil brand AR6400-D. I read all the customer reviews I found on it and they were all good so I decided to get some and give it a try. The first tank with the AR6400-D additive the regen was 702 miles. I did not add any more AR6400-D additive and right now I am at 622 miles since the last regen.
I use my truck in town a lot so it will collect soot in the DPF more than someone who is on the highway a lot. But I have to say this Arch Oil AR6400-D really cleaned out the DPF. I would recommend Arch Oil AR6400-D diesel fuel additive and I am not affiliated with Arch Oil in any way, I just found their product and gave it a try and it worked as advertised.

I have not tested this myself, but I know that the hotshot product lubricity is higher than arch oil when I saw the wearscar testing.

2011 VW Golf TDI with P2BA6 Code “NOx Exceedance - SCR NOx Catalyst Performance”. I followed the treatment amount and two 14 gallon tanks with 2/3 bottle used turned off the emissions light.

Can you over treat? I have a f350 bought it used and don’t know if dpf was ever completely cleaned. Can I use two bottles in my 48 gallon tank?

Votlswagen replaced my dpf and egr filter under a recall not too long ago. Had a hard time finding an affordable obd2 to force regen. I put the whole bottle in my 2014 jetta tdi. normally the delta pressure at idle would go down to 0.6 after a regen. Well it hasnt gone into regen since I put it in and delta pressure at idle is between 0.3 and 0.7.... I think this stuff lowers the burnoff temp of soot or something because when the exhaust temp going into the dpf gets above like 850f the delta will drop back and normally thats around 1200+ which requires injection on the exhaust stroke.....
