You should defenitly check out the other song they put out called I, the devourer. I actually prefer I, the devourer compared to this one just beacuse its more technical, and since you enjoyed the classical parts, I the devourer also has some good classical moments
Here is how I see it, if you love symphonic blackened deathcore a'la Lorna Shore and Shadow of Intent (Ben Duerr feature is not an accident), this is the best shit ever If you don't fuck with that particular style, it's basically Bogdan's reaction, very respectful, liking something here and there, and getting a black hole of a breakdown a'la De Rerum Natura always helps. To me it really is about how much focus you put in the intricacies and details, if you are looking for a banger with a not hard to follow groove, this can sound same'y. Personally, I fucking love this song in it's entirety, definietly top 5 songs this year, because my chaotic brain just FLIES when I listen to this :) Once the EP goes out, give it a spin Bogdan, or the people will not shut up about it, especially since it's a bit of a slower time for deathcore haha This EP has a possibility to put symphonic deathcore back on the map until some of the more popular bands in this genre will make some new stuff. what's weird for me is that I don't really care that much for lorna shore. But this song (and basically every other Disembodied Tyrant song) to me is the closest thing to perfection
I can definitely understand if this isn't your style. I'm generally in the same ballpark of symphonic stuff not being my favourite since it's been done into the ground, but this song is fantastic. The song writing and symphonic elements are absolutely crazy. My favourite part of the track is probably when the guitars and violin(?) are synced and playing in different ears. I, the devourer is their earlier song and is similar to this in a sense of having many interesting creative parts, it's still symphonic deathcore so if u don't like it obviously u won't love that either, but it also has some p interesting sounds, especially in the symphonic elements as they didn't go for just standard full string orchestra and choir, so that would also be an interesting experience if you're interested :) (also in before you also get bullied into checking out Jiluka venom as next "best song of the year" everyone will spam lol)

Sounded like a heavier version of a Powermetal song. But, other deathcore like Pale Face is much better. Cause, I agree - this song, besides the symphonic parts, sounded the same as every other deathcore song.
