As a designer and artist who has had several live-work spaces - I'm soooo glad your guests and clients don't have to go into your bedroom to get to the bathroom!!! I so hate when apartments are designed like that. It's presumptive and just bad design. One thing I will always strongly recommend is that any visual artist studio space put in a separate clean-up sink. Put in a simple laundry sink or small metal restaurant hand wash sink. They can be found cheaply online or in reuse/thrift stores. It's the plumber charges that can add on to the cost... Never use your kitchen-fiid sink for cleaning art supplies or doing projects... Very nice space! I hope it was "affordable."
Essentials for all creatives - good light, a variety of condiments to make anything edible, tasty adult beverages, at least one cat, privacy on demand, and Ozzy on vinyl. Love your space and your art. Cheers!
From the looks of it, if a wall had been put it up, it would be a windowless bathroom. Sometimes those get really musty, especially if there's no vent or exhaust fan. So I can see why she opted to be able to keep the bathroom accessible to those large windows.
I don't mind the sink and the bath/shower in the open. However, th toilet right besides the bed with just a cloth curtain separating is an absolute NO for me even if nobody else would get to use it.
wow she is such a talented artist! beautiful lady in a beautiful space. what an awesome concept space. masters of reality is the #1 played record in my household too :)
Love, love, love your space. That's exactly how I would design mine if I didn't have a family of eight running around with babies touching everything. It's beautiful and I love curved pieces as well although I do not own any. Lofts are the perfect space for artists who love to work on a grand scale.
I would want a door to my bathroom because if you have guests, they may want a little more privacy while they're using it and a curtain would not be sufficient.
Nice to eventually see the before pics. Caveat: Leaving alcohol out on a bar cart causes its strength to go. …Nice place, but still concerned for this gal’s safety🌬️🕊️.
@ladyjustice1474 Are you high on some strange herbal medicine? Your typing errors are immense and you make ZERO sense! Please explain your reasoning behind your post! In my perspective, you seem to show some real envy to the point that you come across as rude & obnoxious. If your post’s point was to try and make someone feel bad about themselves for not cooking all day long, then you are the problem! You need help with your self-esteem and jelly attitude.
Such a beautiful space she has really utilized for art love that. When she said "home is where your cat is" I felt that 😌
Just WONDERFUL! More industrial lofts that make sense for the human/s who lives there, please ❤ This one’s a gem.

She is so cute and I love this space!! Love a modern loft with concrete floors soo much and the art is such a cool bonus
Not sure I would have chosen no wall to my bathroom. But the rest of the space is really great.
I love her work as well!

i was thinking the same thing. there's no way to contain the funk really. it'll just dissipate throughout 🤷🏾♂
This loft is so beautiful.

It really showcases the passion of the owner. Great job!
1000 sq ft and a wall of windows is a big deal

Coolest apartment ever!
Cool living room/work space, but yikes to not at least closing off the toilet.

That invisible coffee table....I'd break my neck within a week falling over it

No disrespect but the sofa doesn't look comfortable for watching movies. All love
White is impractical, too
Wow! This is dope! You go girl! 🫶🏽🔥

Why are you concerned for her safety?
Liked everything except the open bathroom. If you have a toilet in a room, it’s a toilet room, not a bedroom.
Not very hygienic, having clothes and the bed next to a toilet. Poo particles in the air after a number 2! 😮
but why bridgeport? because it's cheap?
Black Sabbath
She sleeps next to the toilet????
My first thought too.
🤣🤣🤣
White on a Art studio😮😅
Du mauvais goût de partout
Her not cooking gives others who know how too much control over food. She needs a fully functional kitchen, and she needs to really cook.
Why do you care?
Nobody NEEDS to do anything. Mind your damn business. This woman is happy.
I mean, she has an airfryer which can cook plenty of things. She's not complaining so it's clearly not a real problem 🤷🏾♀️
I get what you’re saying but let her realise that on her own.
