What amazes me is she can play a song like this and nail it - and also has covered Black Sabbath REALLY well - mix of talent, chutzpah, and just a damn fine ear for how to make it sound right.

She reminds me, as she's performing, of the old bluesmen... She can take off notes, missed bars and flaws and turn them all into pure untouchable perfection. She's got that Joe Cocker thing going for her.... I wanna converse with her. I wanna feel what its like to be near her.
I'm 57 just started listening to this young lady,DAM! what a talent. How is she not on the radio?Oh that's right,you have to have a gimmick and be in bed with Clearchannel or some other conglomerate.At least it restores my faith that there is some real talent coming up.

As an amateur guitarist I am blown away by the way she is moving the sound with volume control, plectrum and fingers - genius level musicianship. And then the voice!! Just perfect for the track.

I have seen her four times so far including a gig in Birmingham, the home of Black Sabbath, when she did War Pigs as the encore. I have a signed album and a couple of signed "picks" all of which will go on the wall of the new music room once I get the removal boxes unpacked.
Stick to plectrum because pick is what you do to your nose and not a geetar. Also, don't sell yourself short as a guitarist, man. If you know the technique then you could probably do some version of it. Sort of like playing 'like Jimi. I don't want to play like him, I want to play like me.

Jimi, Janis & B.B. rolled into one. Always been a Stones song I have liked... Sam's rendition is just absolutely wonderful! Her 'feel' for the guitar is glorious.
She plays like SRV, she lets the music breathe.
She sings with feeling and passion and that is what makes her special she pours her heart and soul into every performance and that is why she is untouchable live!! I just love her as an artist she is so outstanding!!

1 minute in and my eyes are full of tears. To sing like this at only 25 years of age!!?? Unbelievable! Samantha is in the same league as Joplin, with excellent guitars skills on top of it. She should have had much louder applause, imo.

The Gods took all the DNA from all the Greats, Jimi, Stevie Ray, Keith, Joe Walsh, Bonnie Raitt, Chuck, Light'in Hopkins, Hooker, Muddy etc, etc,etc, all the Blues Men & Women, and gave it to Sanmantha Fish, and made not a great, not a king, not a queen, not a princess, BUT A GOD You go Girl ! I am beyond impressed. Love all your stuff.

Just blows one away everytime..and the crazy thing is, when I seen her back them, about 7 months from this performance, they even did it better live..so if you have the chance, catch her shows, they are simply outstanding live!
The more I listen to this copy of the Stones tune the more I love it. Sam's interpretation on it is really incredible and imotional. Sam is such a huge talent I hope the world finally recognizes her as the great artist that she is!
