Saw her playing on the square of my hickass hometown of Richmond Missouri in the fall of 2012!!!! A friggin free concert!!! She was amazing,and after she played she sat and talked with me for like 20 mins!!! Just as cool and humble as she could be,and I've been hooked ever since!!!
I listened to Black Sabbath back in the 1970s and 1980s and I'd say she did a great job on the guitar and replicating Tony Iommi's unique sound, and she did a great job on the vocals as well. I'm sure Ozzy, Tony, Geezer, and Bill would be proud to hear the younger bands they're still inspiring to this day.
She's totally legitimate; as performer, singer, and as for her guitar-playing, I don't think there's anyone I'd rather listen to. She deserves WAY more attention than she seems to have gotten so far. If there's any justice, her time will come!

I saw Hendrix at the Red Rocks, burn down his rig, I saw Ginger Baker, Jack Bruce, and Clapton.. Johnny Winter... But this Guitar, Bass, and Drums, with excellent cohesion is envious of nobody.. Samantha feels the pain and delivers the hard driving Blues I need..
Making music, especially Rock 'n' Roll is mostly about the fun. But she didn't transport the message of the song. Anger, fear, power and horror should be in her voice. Wailing, growling and shouting in my opinion is important to transport the message of the lyrics of this anti-war song.

I was listening to The Animals version of I Put a Spell On You which took me to other versions, then Samantha Fish's version. So, I started checking out more of her live performances. I am very impressed. I did a little research & discovered that she has a website with 7 albums for sale, a tour schedule, some nice photos & more.

This is a decent version, no doubt, but Sam sounds better with other songs.. Samantha is a great player but her tone her is a bit weak for a Black Sabbath song. Tony Iommi used a Gibson SG with heavy, high-output pickups.

True to the original but not slavishly so, rough in all the right places, all instrumentalists are strong individually and as an ensemble. The soulful gospel vocals are icing on the cake. For all of you hating on her give it a break, you should be happy there is even someone trying to make it in rock and blues. When I grew up rock was king and there was so many great guitarist, now the young could for the most part careless about it, the guitarist has been replaced by the guest rapper.
