Last winter we had a sad situation at our local hospital.
A child died from Strep throat. Her parents brought her to the hospital. They sent her away. They brought her back a day or two later because she wasn’t doing well still. She ended up getting sepsis and died.
Unbelievable.
Unacceptable in my opinion.
So you must really be your own advocate and fight for help and treatment.
Yup my son had a rash all over his body and sore throat and took him to the dr that morning they said it’s a virus it will go away. Later that evening his fever was not going down and was 101.3 so I took him to the Emergency and he had streptococcal infection and Scarlett fever
