Pankaj ji to improve command over English language it's good to read English newspapers and legal journals with dictionary alongside so you don't miss the meanings of the difficult words as well. The more you try to use the language in your daily life the more confident you will get. Thank you

Sir maine ek cheque bounce case darj kiya hoon court me, aur mai ek govt servant hoon, mujhe accused ka lawyer kis tarah questions puch sakta hai total amount 11.5lkahs ka hai, Aggrement bhi Kiya hoon Mai,uska 4 cheque bounce hogaya,legal notice bheja hoon through post.
Cross examination me witness yaa complainent jo bhi jawab deta he kya usska sara Detels ko adalat yaad rakh paati he. (Matlab ki Uss cross examination ka record rakhne system kya he) HOPE YOU REPLY

Everything is typed by the steno of the court in the presence of judge and signed by the witness and maintained as a record of court case file.
