  • This Photowalk takes place in Akashi Castle Ruins (明石城跡). Akashi Castle was an Edo-period Japanese castle in Akashi, Hyōgo Prefecture, Japan. It was also known as Kiharu Castle or Kinkō Castle. Its ruins have been protected as a National Historic Site since 1957.
I set my Ricoh GR IIIx to P (Program) with a Snap Focus Distance of 2m engaged and Auto-area AF (Center). The AE Metering was Multi-segment. I shot in RAW and JPG (Kodak Slide from Ricoh Recipes).
Even though some should have been deleted, I decided to show all the photos because I felt it's important to always show the good, the bad, and the ugly (e.g., completely blurry photos) in my run-and-gun-style photo walks.
