Ingredient 材料:
●Jelly Egg Yolk 燕菜蛋黄:
Pumpkin paste 100g 南瓜泥 100克
Water 250ml 清水 250毫升
Coconut milk 50ml 椰浆 50毫升
Caster sugar 30g 细砂糖 30克
Agar powder 1tsp 燕菜粉 1茶匙
Instant jelly powder 1tsp 即溶果冻粉 1茶匙
●Yam Fillings 芋头内馅
Yam paste 60g 芋泥 60克
Purple sweet potato paste 10g 紫薯泥 10克
Water 250ml 清水 520毫升
Coconut milk 50ml 椰浆 50毫升
Caster sugar 30g 细砂糖 30克
Agar powder 1tsp 燕菜粉 1茶匙
Instant Jelly powder 1tsp 即溶果冻粉 1茶匙
●Pandan Fillings 班兰内馅
Pandan juice 250ml 班兰汁 250毫升
Coconut milk 50ml 椰浆 50毫升
Caster sugar 30g 细砂糖 20克
Agar powder 1tsp 燕菜粉 1茶匙
Instant Jelly powder 1tsp 即溶果冻粉 1茶匙
●Pandan Skin 班兰外层
Pandan juice 700ml 班兰汁 700毫升
Coconut milk 200ml 椰浆 200毫升
Caster sugar 100g 细砂糖 100克
Agar powder 3tsp 燕菜粉 3茶匙
Instant jelly powder 3tsp 即溶果冻粉 3茶匙
●Yam Skin 芋头外层
Yam Paste 180g 芋泥 180克
Purple Sweet potato 30g 紫薯泥 30克
Water 700ml 清水 700毫升
Coconut milk 200ml 椰浆 200毫升
Caster sugar 100g 细砂糖 100克
