For pixhawk flight controller rodiolink introduce a SU04 sensor that work both as althold and sense obstacles as well.You will need an I2c expander board to connect 4 sensors in row.In this particular setup you can not use GPS module.

Connect the pwm and ground cable to pixhawk 7channel and then open mission planner and then go to servo output then select channel 7 function to rcin of selected switch channel
