I’d live in Delaware or close to Galena and Alum Creek. I’m from Dublin and grew up all over Columbus from 75 to 90. Came back in 2014 and left again in 2020. I love my home state. It’s still one of the best places in America to live and raise kids.
I've lived here for 10 years, moved here from NYC.. 10 years ago it was a bargain, now it's not worth it. The people are rude, selfish, and douchebags, the driving is a nightmare too..
@@yellowberrypie , & u have to have good credit to rent an apartment or else u will be living in a motel! Shelters have long waiting lists too! True story, that's why I left!
Columbus. Cleveland has a lot of cool stuff, but the weather in Columbus is milder. If there's something in Cleveland you want to see or visit, it's just a day trip. Columbus has all Cleveland has minus a few minor things like the Rock 'n' Roll museum.
I did! Moved back to Columbus in 2012 after leaving in 2000, the city totally changed! Stayed 1 yr in a motel & left because had bad credit, no one would rent me an apartment & didn't want to live in a ghetto apartment with no credit check!

Being a single parent, what’s a great area to live that’s not crazy expensive? I live California now. A friend of mine lives in Hilliard and loves it
Maybe try Canal Winchester, Gahanna, Westerville. Everything is expensive now due to the housing market.
