I have annoying tinnitus since I got covid in January 2023.. i has a feeling it was related to the nervous system

@@delpsy1 definately related to nervous system, we have been highly strung during covid and the fight and flight mechanisms have been locked on.
Breathing techniques definately help calm it down and for me hot bath before bed, long soak and message face and neck muscles helps to get a good night's sleep, it took about 3 to 4 weeks for some improvement to start.
The right mindset is paramount, listen to Jon Kabitt Zin, and stay focused on breathing it will help.
      Cheers Martin
