- Bommanahalli Electronic City Metro stations construction update, Namma Metro constructing Yellow Line as a Phase 2 extension from RV Road to Bommasandra more than 18 KM. In middle of this Line we will get Jayadheva Junction as a Interchange Metro station for Pink Line and Silkboard Metro station as a Interchange for Blue line metro.
this has to be completed by May 2023 as an expected date provided by BMRCL.

April 2023 - Purple line Whitefield metro will be running, currently trial is ON.
December 2023 Yellow line Electronic City to Silk Board half of the yellow line route would be expected to run.

Almost all station work is getting over between Bommanahalli to Bommasandra
From Bommanahalli to Bommasandra allmost completed ok but Silkboard to RV road not completed right they may take time .......because you can see silk board not all completed only 30% work completed that's it

The Yellow line is still far away from completion. I don't see it being completed by 2023 , maybe mid 2024 is more realistic.

It has been proposed by Karnataka gov still in very early planning
People are protesting against this, as this will be beneficial to TN not K'taka. Instead people are asking the govt to extend in K'taka--like Ramanagara, Nelamangala, Magadi road....rightly so. Why K'taka shud spend money and effort for neighbouring state.
If that really happens it will lead to strikes
