I mean objectively speaking, 45% of the company but the couple are 2 people, if they have to vote on board decisions, or separate it is 55% / 2 is 22.5% each vs her 45%. And she can technically take over full control. This is next level power moves. I am sure the intent is right, but from a strategic position that deal is not good if you are one of the 2 founders.

But after their business started making a lot of money she wanted back in and made them the same offer for less, but they quite rightly declined. Their business is now worth in the region of £10 million. So things worked out pretty well for them!

I can see this working for people. I’ve worked with many disabilities. I think it’s a excellent idea. I feel for her but I think this should be in gyms.. excellent idea . My brother who had a horrific accident and I can see how for recovery it has rehabilitation sense
