Landing with a hand doesn't count as landing. Its like a soccer ball hitting someone other than the goalie's hand before going in the net. I think thats one of the few things universally agreed upon in skating: hand landing is not landing...i think they let it slide sometimes in vert but im not into vert skating like that

Even though I'm a retired skater now, this exact determination still follows me everywhere in everything I do. It's a way of thinking affecting your behavior in the most unique way.
