Great. Snapdragon is better, also an year old smartphone will definitely have some battery issues. There’s not much difference in the camera as well. So I would recommend you to buy a new S20 FE. The rest depends upon your needs and the used phone’s condition. Choose wisely.

Go with Galaxy S21. There are many offers going on too so you may purchase a brand new phone. This phone will be good in battery as well as camera. The only thing is that if you will use 120Hz display then the battery may suffer.
