Hi everyone, thanks for exploring Marco Island with us. If you've visited Tigertail Beach (or even if you haven't)...what path did you (or would you) take? Wet or dry? If you want to see more of this area make sure to check out our Naples episode next!
That is awesome! Not gonna lie I was pretty bummed we didn't get to see them, but we understood, it was sooo windy the day we visited. Thank so much for watching!
We are too! We love our home in St Pete but it's always nice to get out and explore some new areas. Thanks so much for your continued support and for always taking the time to comment!
Yup I went to tigertail when I went to marco for the first time and started through the lagoon but had my elderly parents with me so ended up walking allllll the way around... I'm going to marco right after Christmas and plan on going way further south and not tigertail. I love Marco Island!!
Thank you so much for watching and taking the time to comment. We love Marco Island too! And yeah probably a good decision not to drag the elderly through the lagoon 😂, although after walking that far through the sand I'm guessing they may have wished they would have chanced it. When you return, we would definitely suggest the lagoon route. We'd just recommend a pair of water shoes and a dry bag.
So glad I came across your channel! I LOVE south west Florida! Heading to Treasure Island for a day next month, and your video was very helpful! Loved the Marco video too! Had my honeymoon at the JW and Kane’s was my favorite! Definitely will watch the others and plan some more trips!
We're so glad you discovered our channel! We really hope our videos help you make the most of your time in Florida. And wow, how amazing it must have been to have your honeymoon at the JW! Kane's really is the best!
What a huge beach! That Marriott was so elegant. Nice you can dine there. Great restaurants too! Thanks for the Fantastic videos! I feel like I am prepped to vacation there & will definitely cross the water at low tide.
We couldn't believe how wide the Tigertail beach was! And that Mariott property was stunning. We will probably stay there, but it sure is beautiful! It's definitely worth monitoring the tides if you plan on visiting Tigertail. We hope you are able to get down there soon!
Good decision! We'll definitely take the lagoon both there and back next time we visit. Like you said, a bit scary at first, but after that it was kinda fun.
20K…whoop whoop 🥳 congratulations guys! Waiting for that livestream 😉😅 More beautiful beaches…how is that possible! You live in such a dreamy part of the world 😍 Jamie…love your skirt! Yay for the tiki bar! Pork belly and dumplings…two of our favourite things 🤤 Ooh, another tiki bar! Love it!! I also want a freaky tiki 🍹🍹🍹 That ice cream looks incredible!!
Unfortunately I think you guys were the only two people that voted for the livestream in our poll, but someday we'll still have to do one, just to get Skylar out of his comfort zone😂 Pork belly and dumplings are two of our favorite things too!
Thank you so much! We try to improve with every video, and we're always glad to hear when people are noticing the improvement! Regarding the skirt/sarong, I wish I remembered the exact name of the store, but it was a small local clothing store in Lawrence, KS.
I'm always a fan of happy hour deals especially by the water. So much pretty beach scenery in this episode. Your breakfast and lunch looked great - and I would have enjoyed that coffee place for sure. My hubby would have been allllll about the ice cream shop.
Oh yeah. Our budget on these videos has definitely gone up a bit over the years, but we still can never pass up a good happy hour deal! Unfortunately so many are weekdays only, which makes me so much more excited for when Jamie is full time and we can actually film during the week!
great video! Congrats for the 20k Subscribers!! 🎉Marco Island is a great place! we had a great time there. Btw we wanted to thank you for the Ming Ming Tea Sushi restaurant recommendation in one of your videos. We went there 3-4 times in our last visit a few weeks ago.
Thanks, JC. We had a blast in Marco but wish we would have allocated more time. Also, we're so glad that we helped you discover Ming Ming. That places really is such a bargain and is our new go-to sushi spot!
@@Explorcation Ming Ming is a great place can’t wait to go back in June/July. They have very interesting shushi that I have never seen before (not even in London). Thanks for sharing though, it is a good reminder that we need to work it into a video soon!
@@Explorcation Hi! 👋🏻We didn’t try the ones with black rice but for sure we will do next time 😀 . Another great vlog! You guys put out great videos and you make a perfect team. We have never been to Marco Island, but this is going to have to change going forward. It just seems amazing in SW Florida! Have a great week!
That area of Florida really does have it's own feel, even when compared to further north up the Gulf Coast where we live. We'd definitely recommend checking it out someday if you have the chance!
