Infrastructure development is crucial for the progress and well-being of any nation. It not only facilitates economic growth but also enhances the quality of life for citizens. Robust infrastructure supports services like transportation, communication, and energy supply, all of which are fundamental to the functioning of society and the economy. Improved infrastructure creates job opportunities, stimulates local business, and attracts foreign investment, ultimately contributing to a healthier economy and a more satisfied populace. www.youtube.com/@ChrisHereToday
America once had a fantastic infrastructure in the 50s and 60s, which the world's envy. It is so sad that the Americans stopped investing except for its military weapons.
@@jimwei1965 If the US realy cared for human rights it would not have destroyed 5 other countries in two decades, killed ten million + people since WW2 and being complicit in israel's g--side.
I used to live in New York City and the conditions are horrible. Most New Yorkers just accept their reality. Many know it's dirty and old, but they all know it's not going to be changed in any major way. Sure, maybe a renovated station once a decade, but the system as a whole is falling apart.
Please don't say China "win the infrastructure race". China are building infrastructure not to race with the US, but for its people and to support its economy. China focuses on its people, whereas the US focus on maintaining its world dominance.
We already knew within the 2:20 minutes which country you had determined the BEST infrastructure system. ‘CHINA HAS NOT WASTED A SINGLE PENNY ON WAR’ President Jimmy Carter-who normalized diplomatic relations between Washington and Beijing in 1979-suggested that China’s breakneck growth had been facilitated by sensible investment and buoyed by peace. “Since 1979, do you know how many times China has been at war with anybody?” Carter asked. “None. And we have stayed at war.” The U.S., he noted, has only enjoyed 16 years of peace in its 242-year history, making the country “the most warlike nation in the history of the world,” Carter said. This is, he said, because of America’s tendency to force other nations to “adopt our American principles.” In China, meanwhile, the economic benefits of peace were clear to the eye. “How many miles of high-speed railroad do we have in this country?” he asked. While China has some 18,000 miles of high-speed rail, the U.S. has “wasted, I think, $3 trillion” (in 2019) on military spending. “It’s more than you can imagine. China has not wasted a single penny on war, and that’s why they’re ahead of us. In almost every way.” “And I think the difference is if you take $3 trillion and put it in American infrastructure you’d probably have $2 trillion leftover. We’d have high-speed railroad. We’d have bridges that aren’t collapsing, we’d have roads that are maintained properly. Our education system would be as good as that of say South Korea or Hong Kong,” Carter told his church congregation on Sunday, April 14, 2019.
Communist by name, China's government toiled for it's people. It humbly does not impose it's altruistic governance upon other countries. Democracy by name, America's government toiled for it's oligarchs, but neglects it's people. It persists in imposing it's narcissistic governance upon all other countries. Which government would you choose?
The soon to be Vice President JD Vance admitted the difference recently regarding the US “We have built a foreign policy of hectoring, moralizing, and lecturing countries that don’t want anything to do with it The Chinese have a foreign policy of building roads and bridges and feeding poor people,”
Infrastructures serve the people and for their convenience . That’s China. In the US people care comes after country’s projection of military might to serve the military industrial complex interest
In the first two-thirds of the 20th century, the USA built the world's greatest infrastructure. The problem is that the USA did not properly maintain and expand this infrastructure. This is absolutely inexcusable for the richest nation on earth. In fact, the US government generally neglects its citizens. Not only is infrastructure crumbling, the USA suffers from rampant homelessness, rampant gun violence, poor health care, poor education, drug addiction, mass incarceration, growing poverty, declining life expectancy, etc. WHY??? Where is all the money going to? Fighting overseas wars. Eight hundred military bases. Eleven aircraft carriers. Wealth in the USA is highly concentrated in the top few percent of Americans.
China is from people tax payer to economic infrastructure(people) system… US is from people to the DONORS and military industry… big different… very sad 😔
From INDONESIA China and USA are great countries, they have both huge population and educated human resources and work force, so that, they can built their modern and sophisticated infrastructure to support their mobility of goods and services in these countries. Thanks for great video ❤❤❤

In terms of cities skyline (number of modern avant garde skyscrapers and buildings) and cities infrastructure (metro systems and high speed rail connectivity), cities in China have surpassed the most populated American cities. As of April 2024, China has the world's longest urban rail transit system with 10,273.7 km (6,383.8 mi) of urban rail nationwide in 310 metro lines in 54 cities, accounting for 9 of the 10 longest metro systems in the world, with the exceptions of the Moscow Metro. In comparison, only 16 cities in the USA have subway systems, totalling not more than 1,300km in length. I love China! ❤❤❤
Infrastructure is not a US priority. The Military is the US top priority.
做老大,霸权才是,美国更关心世界人民的人权:)
which makes US behind china. prioritizing military only shows how much "they love" their people😅
