The Canon R6 mkII is a better wedding camera than the R5? What alternative universe am I living in? Further I own both the R7 and the R5 and there is a massive difference in abilities for wedding photography between these two. Ditto R3 which is a far better option than the R7.
If u have to deal with thousands of photo and edit them in a wedding and the client need it to get it delivered fast , you'll know 24 mp is a sweet spot not to mention lesser mp counts means bigger photon means greater low light
@@mbismbismb I shoot both weddings along with sports. The 5,000 - 6,000 photos I shoot at a wedding pale in comparison to the amount of photos I edit from a day shooting sports. There's very little issue with the R5 and low-light. It can easily shoot ISO 4,000 - 8,000 without incident.
Although the Canon R5 is a really good camera, I actually think the Canon R6II Is better, especially when you look at price. You’re getting great quality, faster auto focus, faster frames per second, more reliable image stabilisation, better battery life and smaller file sizes all all of these factors. I think make the Canon R6II a better wedding camera than the R5 (and that is coming from a canon R5 owner)
you shot 5000 6000 photos, yes it is Y O U. not everybody has storage for 5000 RAW. not everybody has pentium i9 62core and 1terra RAM quad channel and RTX 4090 super special creator edition and six 12K monitors, and a card reader that can transfer 5000 RAW in 3 minutes. it doesnt matter you own all cameras on this planet, your opinion only right for? The original R6 is still my primary wedding camera but the R6II is definitely an attractive option if I upgrade. As a hybrid shooter the video improvements would be welcomed.
What the R5 has going for it is the 8k, 45mp and CF express card as it's main advantages but in reality the R6ii ticks a lot of boxes for actually use. Good luck shooting in 8k or have your R5 on burst mode at a wedding unless you abundance of space. Don't get me wrong the R5 is a beast of a camera but the R6ii makes a whole lot of sense and worth it in my opinion. That's why I decided to buy that last year instead of the R5.

I’ve shot all of these i am a wedding photographer and the winner is the R5!! No question it’s better than the R6ii! It has way more resolution for cropping it has better AF anyone that says otherwise never used both these cameras. You can set the R5 front button will be single point back button, eye af focus simultaneous. The complexity of the R6ii af is a weakness not an advantage. Is it amazing yes it is but not better than the R5. The R5 is made of magnesium alloy not plastic like the R6ii way more durable. The R5 has better screen and evf. Trust me here the minute you didn’t put this as number one this video is over and here is another big one. The original R6 is better than the R6ii as well there you go. Don’t question this because it’s a fact. I’ve used them all extensively. Ps the R5 is way way better!!! By a long shot. Shooting two card formats is nothing!!! I never remove the one cf express card I have I just remove the Sd card what’s the problem? When did you ever have a problem with this?! And the one more thing R5c should be D! It makes no sense as a photography camera maybe for video. It’s completely awkward.
I have only added cameras to the list if they are still available brand-new, the Canon EOS R and RA, are all discontinued along with the Canon EOS R6. You can still buy them secondhand, but they’re not available to buy brand-new

And who csre two -ucks about high ISO anyone that uses above 6400 needs to change profession correct lighting and knowing how to get the best out of your equipment is what counts not what a new camera has in its makeup new cameras don't make you a better wedding photographer.fact
Si, la canon 5D mark IV es buena, pero la velocidad de autoenfoque de las mirrorles es fascinante, así como el peso y los lentes RF super nítidos y veloces, tengo la 5D MK IV, R6 MK I y R5 todas son buenas, pero de las 3 la que menos me funciona es la 5D muy lenta a comparación de las otras 2 y suele tener más tiros desenfocados
