Bring back your commentary! It's good hearing you explain what you're doing and how you feel it went. Great videos mate. Thanks a lot. Going to look so good when all done.
Hey Thanks for the compliment The next will be the side fairings and planning to build a carbon petrol tank. That will be something different for sure.🛠🤟
really like this. Im very tempted to get the carbon fairing a rear cowling for my bike. so this carbon has the hardener already in it? just heat to activate?
Hey mate could you please give us a tutorial or rundown on your home made oven setup? As i wanna do the same but i dont have the budget for an autoclave! Thanks for sharing your knowledge and skills with us!
So, 2x 210g, a layer 450, then another 210? That's ... sturdy ^^ Anyway, great job. I like your methodical approach and attention to detail. Have you tried Easy Composite's resin-richer surface prepregs? Those might help with the pinhole issues you seem to have despite the good prep work.
Hey Thanks for the compliment!🛠🤟 Yeah I could of use a layer less in the build but I just wanted to make sure it will be sturdy as hell. I'll be trying out the out of autoclave prepreg very soon. I just still have too much of the other stuff. 😅
@@zrcarbon9937 You should contact their customer service first and give them the rough specs of your equipment, max vacuum and temp capabilities etc ... in theory the ec120 should be the best choice for hobbyists, but I've seen many ppl claim that the 160 autoclave prepreg cures with fewer pinholes even at the lower temps/pressures of their diy curing ovens. So maybe they know what's up with that and what to look out for. My only suspect based on your footage would be a perhaps too liberal application of the heat gun. The areas you use the most heat on to massage the overlaps into place and the spots with the most pinholes appear to be roughly the same. Happy laminating, and stay safe. (I wrecked enough bikes to know how tricky the latter can be^^)

The fitment looks out of this world. I havet spent 3000$ on carbon still not 100% in fitment. Great job!
Yeah the fitment is perfect. 👌
All it takes is the attention to details.
Thanks for watching 🛠️🤘

Great videos mate. Thanks a lot.
Going to look so good when all done.
He does have captions where he explains it too.
Thanks so much!
I will bring back the commentary 🏍️🛠️🤘
Well done, excellent prepreg work!
Thanks for the compliment! 🛠️🤘
So satisfying! Excellent work
Thanks so much for the compliment! 🛠️🤘
Looks amazing man, perfect fitment and surface!!

Looks awesome!
Thanks! 🛠🤟
The quality of these videos are top notch man.

Awesome job!!!!
Thank you! 🛠️🤘
Magnifique 😊
Thanks so much! I appreciate you're watching 🛠🤟
I think you should make the back cover of the mirrors, as always nice video
Hey
Thanks for the idea! I was planing to build something like a winglet to replace the mirrors. Like the Kawa H2R has.🛠🤟
Fantastic! Greetings from South Africa!
Thanks so much! I appreciate that you watching 🛠️🤘
Sick job!
Thanks so much!🛠🤟
Awesome, good work 😎
Thank you! Cheers!
Wow, that looks so cool man! What are you planning to build for your next video?

Impressive
Thanks! 🛠️🤘
How did you make the mould???? Please make a video about the making the part you use as a master.
will you do the final cost breakdown? after build completion . or can you make a video about how much it costs to make carbonfiber parts per kg .
Yes sure
I’ll do that
Thanks for the idea 🤘🛠️

Of course I can! I already made a video of my oven a couple years ago 🤘

that one little blemish on the corner, you think was from bridging of your materials over the corner of your mold surface?

Amazing work! Did it really pop out of the mold as easy as it looked?
Thanks you!
Yes, I was sooo happy with that. But I knew it won't be a problem because the pattern was popped out really easy.🛠🤟
greetings my friend, congratulations on your work, you can also make oval pieces, I need them for the exhaust 🤘🏼🙏🏻🙌🏻
Another great video, is commentary coming back.
Hey
Thanks for the compliment. Yes I would like to have my next video with commentary🛠🤟
Great job! Did you CAD design those 3d printed brackets using measurements from a digital caliper? thank you
This is a good question! I’m curious if these are made on cad by hand or found online!
Amazing part though, top notch
Hey
Yes I made the brackets by hand in fusion 360 🛠️🤘
What type of that plastic that u shoot use a heater gun before vacuum cure..?
How did you make the mounting? Is it 3d printed?
how your made white part for connect head light can you let me know? thank :)
Круто !!
In the video, white plastic was attached. Can you tell what material it is?
Hey
That board called Fluted Signboard. You can see me use it in my other videos🛠🤟
@@zrcarbon9937 Friend, other than that, what are the white parts at 19:23 made of? Did you actually 3D print it yourself? What is the material? PLA?
Yes I was wondering the same
Hai.. saya ingin melihat cara membuat breket menggunakan 3 d printer di konten selanjutnya❤
What kind of carbon fiber cloth are you using?
Hey
I used prepreg carbon fiber. All the links for the products you can find in the video description below the video. 🤘
Is something like this possible to do with resin infusion instead of prepreg?
Hey
Yes it is possible. The mould has to be slightly different.
@zrcarbon9937 Hey, different in what way? What would I need to change?
are the tabs 3d printed?
Hey
Yes they are.🛠🤟
Are you use which flament? Pla, petg, abs
For the prototype pla. For the production part carbon fiber.
Thanks 🙏
Do you sell carbon parts?
Hey
Yes I do! Are you interested?
