      Stir frying without prior blanching will not cause a prominent unwanted taste of vegetables ??

    Pad park ruam mit gave a whole new meaning to mixed vegetables. I can relate so well to that bag of frozen veggies. My grandma and my mom always used to boil the veggies along with potatoes to death. Pale, mushy and totally unappetizing. I remember 10-15 years ago, I prepared chinese beef with broccoli to my family and my dads first respons was: Why did you cook the broccoli so little? It's still hard. Luckily as time went by the understood that veggies should have a crunch to them.

      That's very true. Don't buy one or two bulbs. I actually grind a lot and spare in a jar for a ten day use. Very handy.

      I completely agree! Just a shame I live with someone who can't stand even a tiny bit of garlic 😅

    • @californiawildlife3332
      @californiawildlife3332 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@brandon3872 Hahaha… Try:
      - Make grill garlic cloves and call it “earth fruit barbecue” (garlic kebab),
      - Add a ton of garlic in ground meat or poultry and call it “best selling burger of 2020”.

    This dish is amazing! I was craving veg and was very satisfying. I used some slices from a regular broccoli stem, added a little broccoli and some spinach leaves. I put in three smashed Thai peppers. All other ingredients the same. Very spicy but I like spicy. I forgot to add the sugar but it was delicious. Will make often. By the way, I never comment on blogs😊 If readers don’t like spicy, leave 🌶 out.
