    It's actually a great sign and plus point to see this case built with hex screws. While it may be annoying if you don't have a hex screwdriver on hand, hex screws only fit with one screwdriver size and are thus much harder to strip.

    good thing about fractal eh they make mid atx to full tower looking sleek and elegant sa mga 2022 line up nila now patok yung 2nd time around na gumamit sila ng wood keysa sa unang wood implementation nila sa itx case last time

    This is a very intelligent review. Was looking specifically for Densium vids (they're not common yet) but the insight you provided on everything is something I wish is available for more cases. Smart points for Densium to consider. Galing, brod! Subbed.

    Nice build and nice comparison.

    I got the same riser problem with my itx case, and to solve it, u should put the riser underneath the motherboard first, then screw the motherboard into the case, it will fit. My english is not good, so i dont know how to describe that 😅 hope u get it

    •  ปีที่แล้ว

      Put the riser between the motherboard, and the frame which is mounting motherboard, that what i mean

      Thanks for the tip. Will consider trying before dismantling it. I also need to test something as well, a video will come out depending on my testing, otherwise, I'll just comment here.

    The rizer cable should go behind the motherboard under the tray in order to reach I guess

    great build video! just wondering, how is the fan noise of the fsp flexguru?

    • @manongunboxing
      @manongunboxing  ปีที่แล้ว

      PSU fan noise -- negligible for me. There's a big "whirl" sound on startup but gets quiet immediately afterwards even w/ load.

    Hai Manong. Very nice build! I'm interested with the electronic screwdriver you are using. Is it magnetic?

    • @manongunboxing
      @manongunboxing  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes. The kit has an included "magnetizer" in case it looses its magnetic strength. Brand is Oria (Chinese ifixit knockoff with some improvements)

    • @manongunboxing

      In terms of look and space efficiency, yes. In terms of perf, no. Also, Densium has already closed, so I really wouldn't recommend this.

    With the wooden front panel, it adds a bit of class. But I probably would not expect much in the term of adding fan mounts. What I would do is place USB powered component cooling fans like the AC Infinity Multifan at locations where cooling is required.

    • @manongunboxing

      I think just an exhaust will do at the top. As for intake, the current perforated side panel will do.

      Any links? I can watch. Btw i am not that good as well, I still have a lot to learn... Specially in accumulating views, subs, editing, and many more. I have a ton of wants but I am focusing my budget on the content of the review more than anything else.
      But here's my basic principles for reviews: products are made by humans, therefore products will never be perfect. I list all those that I like and don't like, for sure it's always positive and negative (again, no perfect product). So for pc builds, it will be what I like and don't like in the build process, cost, compatibility, subjectively the looks, and the features. I sum up all those likes/dislikes and give a recommendation which is now somewhat objective (as you have evidence of + and -) and subjective at the same time (say I will give more weight to the looks rather than the cost, or give extreme points to ease of build).
      It also makes it easier if you have another product to compare to give more context of what makes this product good or bad overall.
      My fave unboxing channel is LTT's shortcircuit, and if you'll notice carefully the *outline* of the content is *similar* but I find them cringey at times and so I have my own straight forward way of doing it *hoping* I could build my own niche subscribers and viewers... You could find your own fave channel as well and base your outline on that. Again I am not an expert as well but I hope these pointers helped.

    200 dollar for case is Fucking insase

    • @manongunboxing
      @manongunboxing  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yeah but some cases are really that expensive.
      Fractal terra here is worth $250
      Meshroom S with a lengthy riser, that's $200
      Velka 7 is also $200 w/o riser
      N-atx v2 is $209 w/o riser
      Anyway, not saying that it should be normal, but it's not rare to see one.

    overpriced ..

    • @manongunboxing
      @manongunboxing  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Yeah it is expensive and arguably could be priced cheaper.
      Densium is currently a small company, so that was expected for me. They can't mass produce unlike fractal / lian li.
      I can also look at other boutique and compact cases: Velka and sfftime, they're also overpriced. Looking at current popular ones: fractal ridge, lian li dan a4 h2o, ssupd meshlicious and those are above $100 which has better compatibility for bigger footprint.
      Usually, I would consider the following for itx cases: cost, compatibility, volume. So tbh with you, before I actually unboxed and finished the build, my line of thinking was that this case is probably good as a gift to a special someone since it is expensive and somewhat unique. However, after building it and letting it stay at my desk, I concluded that my impulse buy was right, scrapped that thought of giving to someone, and added a fourth dimension for consideration for this case which is beauty (very subjective though!). So for me, its beauty made it worth it (on top of good volume to components compatibility).
      I would choose d19 over zzaw a1p for d19's handle and price (a1p has better gpu compat but really poor thermals for those). I would choose densium over the two for just beauty alone.
      Lol sorry I have a very long reply for a one-word comment. But just letting you know of the thought process behind and why I think it's ok. Again, I'm ok to recommend the case if you're ok with the price and waiting time. If too expensive for you, then consider a skip. I understand that we have our priorities for our hard-earned money.

      @iavyy ปีที่แล้ว

      @@manongunboxing even looking at aesthetics alone, the wood front panel looks like its slapped-on instead of it looking seamless, hopefully you can review more sff cases to find which is the best price to performance ratio

    • @manongunboxing
      @manongunboxing  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yeah, that is where subjectivity comes in. May not look good to you, but looks good to me. 😀
      Yes, I do 1 sff build a month.
