Love how this feels like walking through our dream house. I've watched the first version several times and even shared it with friends telling them that the attic would be a multi-functional space--- fitness/office/family space during regular days and a guest room when they wish to visit us on special days. I am glad that now it has a defined laundry area and a private bathroom in the master's bedroom. You have no idea how your craftmanship inspires individuals to persevere in order to achieve a home like these of your works. Godspeed!

the 1st version of this house was my favorite of all the design na nakita ko na, kaya nasubaybayan ko even the comments sa first version. And I might say, you listen to your audience well (especially the rooms, now they are spacious enough). Good job!

Nice ! For Lynx 3.0 can you add a balcony in the attic ,a slightly bigger dining room to accomodate six chairs instead of just four , ceiling fan in the living area and a small bathroom upstairs with sink and a commode . .
hello can you also make a combination of this version to the first version.. where the ground floor(first version) 3 bedrooms plus laundry area and parking area and the attic part 2 bedrooms with the same design as the attic part in this 2nd version.. please...thanks

thanks reply, may laundry automatic na siya na hinahanap ko. enjoy manood, nice renders. kung may time ka pa sa isa pang version. parang sayang kasi yung space ng hallway sa ground floor papunta masters at steep yung stairs papuntang attic.
1. New stairs flushed sa pader, katabi ng kusina. Yung tipong pagbaba eh, makikita yugn dining table. Tiny hallway sa upper floor going to office space and boys room. Glass window for stairs. Required yata maliit na landing area o small space para di steep ang hagdan
2. Sa ilalim ng bagong hagdan yung small toilet and bath
3. Masters bedroom wall relocated sa likod na ng living area TV, aligned sa middle poste ng bahay
