Very nice! Here the things i have notice. So i believe that your farm house is near to the main road. Kasi may electricity kayo. And i am sure you spend many times in trimming those grasses. I mean really spend tome on it. And i know you consider the issue of Rats and Snake. Those two always comes together since your kitchen is open expect that. You should do buying solar powered lights para sa post light nyo. I did that at lights the whole house. Duon naman sa bathroom kung ako yun i would not put concrete instead first i will put drywall to cover the bamboo and then put tiles on it and it will look classy. Good job!
About 200m away from the highway po. Yes we have to trim the grass every month kung kaya kasi madali i-maintain kung hindi hahayaan lumabong ng matagal. Super true po yung rats, snakes, palaka, tuko at iba ibang insecto and it’s normal sa farm setup so we focused on the solutions instead. Few pa lang po nainstall namin na solar lights. Maganda din sana solar na ang source ng electricity kaya lang d pa kaya sa budget hehe Thanks po sa inputs nyo na we might consider sa future upgrade :)

I think it's ideal to raise you child/chikdren here, big playground with dogs around, quiet and safe. Just my two cents. I love your house and I think it is a dream come true house.❤
