Easily one of the best how to videos I've ever seen. Very well done, leaving out no details.

Why is it such a secret on how to pressurize shock after pressure reversal happens or full rebuild and oil flush? There are a couple homemade ball inflation needle fabs, I can't believe that is what KZ uses to pressurize these shocks. Why aren't they available to the public, People will disregard brand altogether rather than take it so a dealer if they can't work on it themselves. Very disheartening on such a smooth working shock :-(

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS MISSING!!!! There's no hint on how to fix the sag problem. How can I refill the air pressure?!?

There are replacement cartridges for like 74 bucks. And from the looks of this video not to hard to change out
Great video. Definitely buying my gear from manufactures that design their products to be repairable and maintainable. Rather than the many products that have built in inherent flaws that are designed to break some time after the guarantee has expired and/or are designed (e.g - glued not screws) so they have difficult to replace parts (e.g - mobile phones).

I had this KS Dropzone..one thing i realized i can't adjust the air pressure ( with shock pump ) or even refill or flush the oil inside the seatpost tube...can you describe why ?
Good, you found the reason for but this shit to the trash and buy a new one.

Kiwifix is that needed on the i950r? I have heard about it in some posts online and I also read that 20 ml suspension oil needs to be added when reassembling. I have one I’m about to rebuild and I’m not sure about the air pressure and the oil.
Is it possible to get a replacement cartridge for one of these?
I have a LEV. It has 0 offset.

Hi. What is the minimum insertion length for the 385mm post?
Is this the same as the i950r? There is an online manual some guy made that says you also have to remove the red cap that is under the 11mm nut. Is that true, is it unnecessary?

Is there a place you can pump it up with shockpump? mine has sagged all the way down.
@@bazza156 if you're talking about dropzone - as I recall there is a tiny hole beneath the bottom cap for a pump for a soccer-ball valve (idk how it's called in English). But it will be easier to buy a proper dropper, and dispose this garbage.
My guide bushings are in 2 parts each (Lower are copper, upper are plastic) Plastic ones are damaged, can't find replacements..can I just swap them for these?: www.amazon.com/Shock-Lower-Guide-Bushing-Dropper/dp/B011LXFK7C
